I had a great experience at Poe Toyota. From the moment I arrived, Brian Martinez was very attentive and took the time to show me the car I was interested in, a 2016 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The car was in excellent condition, and together with manager Alejandro Casillas, they made me an offer I simply couldn’t resist. We had an excellent experience at Dick Poe Toyota. Our car salesman Enrique was the best! He answered all of our questions and was kind and did not make us feel pressured. Enrique went above and beyond also. We were in a situation where we had no car for transportation so Enrique actually picked us up in a car we told him we were looking for. October 2, we took our 4Runner for an oil change. Two days later I noticed oil drips on our driveway. I checked and discovered it was dripping oil from the oil filter housing. They installed the housing without the O-Ring ! Luckily we did not drive longer or our engine would have been ruined. What is more upsetting is I sent two messages to the Service Manager through their website and have not received a response. Sent on Oct 4 and Oct 7.
