I have lived in senior apartments in Cabot and Little Rock and now at Courtyard Cottages of Bryant for over three years and this is the best by far. Very quiet and close to everything for your shopping needs. Safe area for walking. If there is a problem, our manager, Kathy Larsen, takes care of it right away. Best place for senior living.

I have lived here for a year and really happy with my cottage and the management. They are kind and helpful. If something needs repair, it is taken care of in a timely manor. The grounds are taken care of regularly.

The quiet area is a very pleasant change from busy, noisy city life.

This is the best experience that I’ve had and love my “home” here. Management is friendly and very responsive to solve any maintenance issues quickly. I was lucky to get a unit here and have lived here for 6 years. I wouldn’t live any where else. I feel very safe here.

Be careful here.
Landlord and management are the most unethical I have ever experienced and I have a perfect Rental history all my life. I am 75 and will be filing a lawsuit against Kathy Larsen the landlord.
