I stayed here for 5 months while working in Little Rock. The Apartment was cozy & I felt safe with the main door having a code to get in & each of the 4 apartments having their own code. Location was great with an easy walk to Downtown River Walk area & easy access to 2 different interstates. Sarah was a great host & was quick to answer questions. My only issues was when I 1st got into the apartment there was trash left in 2 trash cans (main trash can & sm can by dryer), stuff left in freezer & fridge & could've been cleaned better, utensils/kitchenware was somewhat dirty, water was left in the Keurig & had started to mold, lent left in the dryer, & shower curtain was stained yellow/brown at the bottom. As a travel nurse I always bring my own pots, utensils, coffee maker, ETC so these things did not bother me & I also bring my own cleaning supplies to keep where I stay clean, so I just did a little cleaning & washed the shower curtains. While staying there the AC started making a loud sound. I messaged Sarah about the issue who was quick to respond & get someone to come out & get it fixed. My only complaint was I wasn't told when the worker was getting to the apartment & I was asleep from working 12hr nights & did not know this man was inside the apartment until he came knocking on the bedroom door that I had closed & opening it which finally woke me up & startled him. He quickly apologized & told me who he was & was very polite, nice, & considerate the rest of his time there fixing the AC. I just wish I was told when he was coming so I could have been awake & dressed in more than just a tank top & shorts. I would still def stay here again tho & understand things can get missed & communication could have been missed.

We rented one of Sarah and Brian’s properties for an extended stay and they were both great hosts. If we had any questions or needed anything, they were timely in their responses and accommodating- before, during, and after our stay. Our situation required some flexibility and they were willing to work with us. The house we stayed in was cute and exactly what we expected. We felt right at home and would enjoy staying in one of Sarah and Brian’s properties again!

My family and I had an amazing experience working with Sarah! We loved our time at hilltop home - it was exactly as the photos depicted and had everything we needed for our almost three month stay. Sarah was extremely responsive and willing to work with us to get a lease agreement that would work with our federal per diem. It was so nice to find a place that really felt like home especially during the holiday season when we had to be away from ours. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Lee property which was super cute, convenient to Heights, Hillcrest, UAMS, and I-630. It was pet friendly with a fenced backyard & in a safe area. The home had everything you’d need, well stocked & really comfortable beds. Sarah was great to work with & I’d highly recommend her & any of her properties. She has several to choose from depending on your needs. Give her a shout!

We stayed at one of Sarah's places recently... it was SO darn cute! It was clean and easy to get around to all the places we wanted to go. Sarah was super responsive- and really helpful! She went above and beyond a few times when I called with questions. I would definitely stay with her again!
