First I do like this place nail quality is amazing!! BUT they need to FIX where online appointments are made!! I have made appointments they confirm them then when I go to appointment I am told that I can't be serviced (they said they called bt I dnt have a missed call) this really makes me not wanna come back..this saddens me because I really do like tha quality of nails I received

Check in was fast and easy. They accept walk-ins. Cindy did my nails and I love how they turned out. I am definitely going to return when I need my fill. Price for full set with gel nail polish was very affordable. Customer service was great.

So clean and peaceful and my feet look amazing!!!! The color is perfect. My technician was so sweet and kind and offered water. During the heat wave it was nice a cool inside. I love how they treat everyone like they are important. The service is top tier and they always try to get me in when I schedule last minute. I used to go across the street to belle nails but the quality there has gone down a lot and it’s always packed and not relaxing at all it’s getting dirty too. I’m ver happy I found nexgen !

Gosh what a hidden gem in Concord. Andy is fantastic and truly captured exactly what I wanted seamlessly. I’m particular & I didn't have to ask him to fix one thing. Fantastic pedicure with a very kind lady (I forgot her name). There was also a very nice woman who polished my nails with a classic deep French (so pretty). All around nice place, clean, huge variety of colors, and powders. I got a full set, Zen Builder, tapered square, short, will French + Luxury Pedi w/ French. My total was $135 (like wow!). I tipped well and will be back. Thank you Nexgen Nails!

they do a good job with design but i’ve only had these nails on for a week and a half and 4 have broken in half in the most random times very disappointing.
