Terrible place. They can’t get an order right to save their jobs. Manager told a customer off, customer did nothing wrong. Avoid this place at all costs. My sandwich was not in the bag, my daughter’s sandwich was made wrong because they probably can’t read. I live a mile away and while Penn station has great subs, their employees are garbage at this location. They can’t make a PBJ correct. No wonder people are stopping eating out because of trash businesses like this. Close it up!

HELLO,
THIS IS THE 4th TIME I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND FOR THE FOOD I ORDERED THAT WAS STOLEN. I WENT TO YOUR WEBSITE AND PROVIDED ADDITIONAL DETAILS AS RECOMMENDED IN YOUR ORIGINAL RESPONSE AND YET I AM STILL BEING IGNORED!

I GOT NOTHING BUT TIME!

If You Order Food for Delivery From This Location and Never Receive it, IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT! (Order#19660224)
Three days ago, I ordered $26.96 worth of food from this Penn Station location for delivery. My bank account was charged the entire bill from this location (Penn Station-27-IA). My food never arrived to me. When I asked where my food was an employee informed me a "Mexican woman" from Door Dash had picked it up to deliver earlier. I asked the manager for my food or a refund. He informed me I had to contact Door Dash. I contacted Door Dash who told me they were contacting that Penn Station and the owners of that Penn Station would contact me to resolve the issue. That Penn Stations owner is now ghosting me.
PLESE RETURN MY MONEY OR GIVE ME THE FOOD I ORDERED!

Went in to pickup an online order at the time it said it would be ready…probably 9 employees working and not a single one even said hi or acknowledged me. I stood at the register for quite a few minutes and a male employee just looked at me, so I said hi and didn’t even get a response back. The same employee finally asked for my name and then just turned around and didn’t even say anything, so I figured that meant it wasn’t ready and just went and took a seat. I waited 15 mins past when it was supposed to be ready (which I don’t mind the wait, but at least acknowledge that I exist being that I’m paying for your food). Bread was like it wasn’t even cooked and the amount of fries we got was pathetic considering how outrageously priced they are. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.

I ordered extra crispy fries with my order, they brought out my sons order as we sat down pretty much & because I had to take a call outside, of course I did not hear my name called 4x he claims he did & then I asked if they were extra & they claimed they were, which they were NOT & I was talking to my son & stated that I paid $25 for our food & it should be as I ordered & then that same guy started yelling from behind counter claiming he did yell my name & actually told me to leave several times b4 he called the police, at which time I stated I would leave after I finished my food & the lady with no teeth also told me to leave & for the guy to go ahead and call police. At which time I asked her for a bag so I could take my food (that i’ve only taken one bite out of) & when she brought me a bag to our table she told me to never come back there again. & believe me I will NOT. they don’t even get my pick up orders correct.

I attempted to get food at this location for the first time. Was cursed at and was told to leave. PERMANENTLY LOST BUSINESSES AT THIS LOCATION. I was thinking about bringing a large group of friends here on a monthly basis but not anymore. You lost a lot of future business with me. Hope you guys are happy

Went in and they were busy. The young man that took our order was very professional and kind. There was a woman working behind the counter and taking food to people and I was appauled by her attitude toward the young man (I think his name was Nate). She was behind the counter yelling and when she took food out to people, she began yelling at Nate telling him to get people's names correct. He just looked down like he was so embarrassed. I, along with others there, felt so bad for him. There was no reason to belittle him in front of customers. Because of the terrible behavior of this woman, I will not go back to this restaurant!

This is the worst Penn station I’ve ever stopped at. We pulled into a car park order station. They told us they’d be right with us. 6-7 minutes later still nothing and some lady steps out to vape right in front of our car. I hit the button again and was told they’d be with us. Came out finally took our order and went back in. Another worker comes out to vape.

I don’t care if they vape if they weren’t ignoring us. NO ONE was here ordering. It wasn’t busy at all. Based on previous reviews the owner needs to get this place in order.

I get my order at the Milford Pennstation in way less time when it is way busier. 20 minutes for 2 subs when barely any customers are here is sad.
