The Big Biscuit always delivers a hearty and satisfying brunch experience. Portions are generous enough to leave you full and happy. Given their morning crowds, it’s a good idea to get your name down in the Yelp waitlist before heading over.

Of their menu offerings, I especially enjoy the Laredo Bowl, which packs a flavorful kick with hearty potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese, and chorizo. Their Cinnamon Roll Pancake is a decadent treat - sweet, rich, and great for sharing. The biscuits are consistently fragrant and buttery and a perfect side. Overall, a realizable spot for a comforting & filling brunch!

The service was outstanding. Our waitress, Keirra H., was very friendly and handled all our special requests with ease. She was attentive to our table and needs, ensuring we had everything we required for a great meal. The atmosphere was fun and lively, with a bustling crowd that added to the vibrant energy of the place.

The inside of the restaurant was better than I expected based on the reviews and pictures I had seen—it’s clear that this is a popular spot with many happy customers.

The food was incredibly fresh, and the value was excellent. I ordered the 3 Car Pile Up, which was a massive plate of food including pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, hash browns, biscuits, gravy, and more potatoes. The portions were huge, and everything was delicious. The biscuits were incredibly soft—maybe the best biscuits I've ever had.

The restaurant was clean and efficient, with all the workers staying busy and keeping things running smoothly. Overall, The Big Biscuit provided an amazing dining experience with great food, friendly service, and a lively atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

They reached out to me via google maps asked me for more information. Has been 2 weeks have not heard back from them.Today's attempt to eat here was poor at best. Never got any drink refills before or after the food came to the table. Got a full order of biscuits and gravy for me, biscuits and eggs for another party member and French toast for my son. All of the biscuits that came to our table where raw and doughy in the middle. Told the waitress about it and the fact we needed refills. She proceeds to just send a manager over. Manager was very pleasant and comped our meal. The manager during our chat told the waitresses to get us some to go drinks . That did not happen. Sadly this is my third and final attempt to have a meal here. Every time there is always something wrong under or over cooked. The prior time I got a black burnt chicken fried steak. From my experiences there is no real quality control or consistency in the food.

As always, superb food! Their sausage gravy is #3 on my list, a ways behind my wife's but very close to the Magnolia Table in Waco (totally worth it if you get the opportunity). Our server Eric was a wonderful young man named Eric, and he made our experience delightful. He was observant and attentive, and had a great sense of humor. His presence made our breakfast truly enjoyable! Thank you Eric!

I wanted to share a review about an employee, Des. Big Biscuit needs to how valuable Des is to the restaurant. We sat at the bar, she answered the phone multiple times with the most pleasant voice and always ended the conversation with, "we'll see you in a little bit." With that in mind, she also had tables on the floor, along with people seated at the bar area and helping people picking up orders. I made sure to let Des know that she was doing a great job and before we left, I happened to make a point to let management know. So, if you want great service, head to Big Biscuit and request to be seated wherever Des is assigned. Thanks Des and Happy New Year!

Great place for a dine in breakfast. I typically get corned beef hash with eggs, but there are many interesting options on the menu. The kids all look forward to coming here and love the western sodas. The restaurant feels clean and service is always good. Worth the price you pay.

*The aroma makes your mouth watery literally!

* Customer Service was Amazing and if you ask for recommendations, they would give you some really good ones based on your personal preferences.

*The biscuits are larger than average in size and they are really soft. Some might consider it dry but it was moist to me!

*the breakfast burrito was massive and juicy. I removed the jalapeños from my own because I don’t really like them. Overall the burrito was good.

*the pancakes were really fluffy and soft. Proper texture.

*the chicken that came with the waffles was fully cooked, properly seasoned and crispy.

I hope you enjoy your experience! Follow me on ig for more reviews! @itzroni_
