Mike is a very loud, angry person who doesn't mind that his staff is extremely flirty with the males. N it's pick an choose who he's going to allow help with. N also just got my food stamps n all mail goes there so how does a person get their mail without starting over. Worst place ever.

Yeah, here it is, end of the month and i needed to fax about 16-17 pages before Nov 30 and i didnt have the money to send it, so i called and Micheal was very kind. He faxed them for me and helped out a couple things for Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you very much.

Took someone to try and get help. The people were rude and didn't help person with shelter because there wasn't a child with them

This isn't a "help organization". Its a miracle factory. The amazing things I have seen this group of people accomplish to help others is beyond what I can even describe. I have never seen people put SO MUCH into helping others. Tim, Lisa, Mike and the rest of the gang are real earth angels. I pray that they get more and more backing and support. If you are looking for an honest charity to support or donate to, this is it. They help people make lasting life changes. Its amazing. Truly God's work happening here even though they are not a "faith based program". Regardless, God's work is done through these folks. Thanks guys for being there to build up those who need you.

My family was not homeless but we had lost everything and needed help starting over again. That's when I met Harvey and Lisa... They are the most caring and compassionate people I have met in quite a long time. They have been helping my family find and use the resources that are available to us. Without them we would be struggling just to maintain poverty. They are my saving angle! Thank you guys so much!

The Genesis house staff was helpful and friendly, however they are not centrally located and was inconvenient to get there.

Absolute blessing, everyone is so nice and friendly. So glad to say siloam springs still has caring people, if you need help or struggling, this is the place I recommend.
