Rooms are clean and staff was friendly. Check-in was quick. I appreciated having a microwave, adjustable temp fridge, and great water pressure. It is good value for money. Breakfast had lots of options. We had a stressful time trying to change a reservation that caused a bit of a headache, but in the end the management called us and sent a nice email apologizing.

Room 115 has bed bugs, which we discovered in the middle of the night. Room is also very musty smelling.
We got a new room and the front desk guy was really nice (isn’t his fault).

The staff was friendly, professional, and respected my privacy. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room was clean. The shower was relaxing. I have no complaints. I plan on staying with them the next time I visit family in Siloam Springs. Awesome job, Best Western.

It had clean rooms , clean breakfast room . But Weak coffee. You could almost see threw it . Lol . The staff was nice. We chatted with 3 different ones. Each one was nice , polite and helpful . Now to the bed . It wasn't soft , it was hard , and the pillows were small in size and once you laid on them thy
Ey was flat. So it was all great . So only if you like a hard bed though..

My husband and I had a long trip and drove about 10 hours on Friday and didn't get in till around 3:30am. It took the overnight lady 30 minutes to check in our reservation that we made through the app hours before. Our room is basic with uncomfortable beds, pillows, and ripped curtains. Then, before 11am (yes, before checkout), we get a call asking when we will be out of our room... as we were trying to leave. Then we turn our keys in and the only thing said was "oh. Thanks." No how was your stay? Would you like a receipt, NOTHING. We have never stayed at a Best Western where the employees don't know what they are doing and have no personality or customer service skills. This was a very un pleasant experience, especially since we didn't get in till 3:30 a.m., and our room phone was ringing before it was even check out time. We won't be back. It Looks nothing like it does online.

EDIT: The manager did call my husband and apologized for everything and offered 25% off our next stay. We declined, but we did appreciate the manager reaching out

The room was clean enough and the GM came around to check on people during breakfast, but our room left much to be desired. Upon first entering the room, everything felt damp. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. It took
a long time to dry out the room with the AC; it really needed a dehumidifier. The mattress was so soft it was nore like sleeping in a hammock. The finish on the rag tag collection of furniture was sticky, i suppose from the saturated air, such that when you leaned against it your clothing was stained.

I imagine the property is in the middle of being updated, and while the hallways and lobby look to be in good order I'd suggest staying elsewhere.

We went this weekend to check in Saturday, upon arrival the room we were put in smelt very strong of mold my husband asked for a new room. The lady gave us a new room and when entering it you were hit with a very strong musky/mold smell, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the a/c unit was very dirty. My husband asked the lady at the desked if we could get a refund as we have a new baby and a young toddler who could not stay in those rooms. She told him she could refund it but would need to call the manager first. She then couldn't get ahold of them. She said they would call us once they heard back. It's been 2 days and we haven't heard anything back, haven't gotten a refund back into our account either.

Sustained a gash on my finger due to sharp metal edges on the door in a spot you have to use to access the lock. I’m just glad it wasn’t my child. ||Just watch the previously removed lock areas for jagged edges. ||The breakfast was alright, food was kind of lukewarm but we were there for Natural Falls state park so it didn’t bother us much.
