We were in town, to help family members move to another state. We were very impressed with everything at this hotel. Our room - and the entire hotel - were spotlessly clean, well-maintained and comfortable. It's in a great location, with plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. It's also far enough back from the highway, so that it is quiet. Breakfast is typical for the brand, but if you are happy with Hampton Inn breakfast, you will be pleased here, as we were. The staff takes pride in their work in maintaining a great hotel. We saw constant cleaning throughout our stay and the staff were always happy to help (and knowledgable) in addressing our requests or questions. While all of the staff were amazing, we want to give special kudos to Joe and Amanda, who went above and beyond, with their warmth, which made us feel like so much more than hotel guests. We highly recommend this hotel !

I stay in hotels at least 3-4 times a month for work and I don’t even remember when was the last time I had a good customer service but Amanda at the front desk made my day today , she greeted me as soon I came in to the lobby , very helpful , great attitude thank you so much. 10/10 very well recommended.

Manager, Ms. Marlena and the entire team are friendly, kind, professional, and amazing! The Hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious! Our cat was welcomed here too! Thank you all so much for making our move to Arkansas sweet!

If I could provide ZERO stars I would ! DO NOT reserve here . They will take out money out of your (unauthorized )account and I am still waiting on a refund from corporate. Do not try to speak with any staff or managers here. They are nice until they collect your money and will hang up on you. The manager is very unprofessional and does not want to put effort in. The elderly gentleman that works the front will also hang up on you. I am still waiting on a refund and I highly recommend nobody stays here. I am not one to complain or even write reviews. I do not want this happening to someone else! This is a complete waste of money and time. I have NEVER dealt with anything like this. I plan to seek legal for what they have done. . If anyone would like proof I could provide such. Again, this is your warning to stay away from this place !!!!!! It’s also very dirty , loud and breakfast is cold!

We’ve not stayed at a Hampton Inn before, and if this one was any indication, we definitely will be again. Robert was wonderful! The rooms were very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We will be back.

Positive: very friendly staff; tried to be accommodating and always spoke and smiled; good location and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Negative: the double bed rooms do NOT have fridge or microwave! this is very hard when traveling and preparing your own food.
