The location is beautiful with a duck pond with big Koi and a fountain all surrounded by woods. Inside is super nice. The personal rooms are spacious. There is a lounge with a billiards table, TV and games. The dinning room is lovely and the food is delicious. All sorts of nice touches make 'Seams' and super nice place, thank you Donna and Rick, we will be back.

My husband and I stayed here 7 years ago and never forgot just what a slice of heaven it was. We were just here again for 4 nights and our stay could not have been better. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to cycle on the GAP (which is what we did), or have a quilting retreat. Proprietors Rick and Donna Eicher make sure your stay is comfortable. The cozy rooms are beautiful with handmade quilts on the beds. The food, freshly prepared each day, is outstanding!! The grounds around the B&B are beautifully landscaped and include a pond with ducks. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day on the trail, especially in the lounge. Thanks to Rick and Donna, there's really a special quality here that we have never seen anywhere else -- truly a slice of heaven! I give Seams Like Home 10 stars!

Rick and Donna are exceptional hosts! Clean, beautiful and quite location close to a lot of popular destinations, but far enough away to enjoy some peaceful time. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rick will light the fire to enjoy the evening beside the beautiful pond. Game room and kitchen are open for gatherings of friends. Traveled with another couple and met some wonderful guests. Did I mention CLEAN! Couldn't ask for a better home away from home. Also, the kitties are amazing (outside only). Thank you.

Thrilled with my stay at this lil slice of paradise. My main goal was to visit Fallingwater. Changed my note last minute from a no-human-electronic-self check situation to this bed and breakfast. The reviews plus the fact that it’s one of few non-chain hotels on my path made this a good fit.||I don’t quilt and still enjoyed seeing this quilters’ retreat. Nice reminder some people still value making things by hand! ||Donna was an amazing host. The fact that she answers when you call the listed phone number is already more than what most hotels do these days. Room was big and comfy. Breakfast was so awesome. Nice ambiance and great company eating and chatting with other travers. ||Will remember this special visit and hope to return in the future. At least to visit Chubs the cat, Midas the dog, and see the other special friends on the property. Thank you Donna for making me feel so welcomed.

Staying at Seams Like Home Bed & Breakfast was a spur of the moment decision for me, but I’m glad that I made it. I stayed 2 nights to revisit the Ohiopyle area, an area where my family had vacationed for 29 years — until my wife’s passing 14 1/2 years ago. This was a great base for my stay. The hosts, Rick and Donna, were so welcoming. I made my reservation the evening before I arrived, and Donna called to welcome me and determine my preferences the next morning.|The location is ideal for a calm and peaceful getaway. Some things have changed since I was last in the area 14 years ago, but the things that drew me and my family here year after year have remained the same. It’s still rural Western Pennsylvania with real mountains (I’m from Central Ohio), adjacency to the Great Allegheny Passage, Ohiopyle, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water & Kentuck Knob, the Flight 93 Memorial, and so much more.|The facilities are very comfortable and inviting. The ubiquitous quilts add to the charm.I enjoyed my interactions with the hosts and other guests. I only had 2 days, so I need to return, preferably in the fall.|-Charlie Holloway

Such a beautiful and serene setting. Love the tranquility of the place. So much to appreciate. The animals are as friendly as the owners. We felt so welcome and all of our needs were met. Would love to come back with the rest of my family. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature and the wonderful breakfasts.

Our family stayed at Seams Like Home May 1-3, 2024 while we put our parents ashes to final resting place. It was the last step to take care of their wishes. Our cousin, Ricky and his wife, Donna were very accommodating. It all felt very warm and inviting. We all felt right at home! Thank you both for your hospitality! Until next time cousin.

We enjoyed our stay here very, very much! We were there for a full week while we explored the Laurel Highlands of PA. Seams Like Home is perfectly located near all the Frank Lloyd Wright sites, Ohiopyle State Park, the Flight 93 Memorial and even Pittsburgh! Rick and Donna were very welcoming and did everything to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious (get the cookbook!) and the conversation was lively. After our days of hiking, exploring, rafting, etc. it was lovely to come "home" to this beautiful retreat in the woods. Highly recommend!!

My family and I had the pleasure of a brief visit to Seams Like Home Bed & Breakfast and are already discussing our next visit. Our time in the area was brief but with so much to do, we will be returning soon enough.

The hosts are gracious and hospitable - even the cats that live on the property are welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, even my picky teenage daughter enjoyed it. The location is quiet and just secluded enough to make you forget your outside worries but not far from civilization - truly the perfect escape.

The rooms are large and honestly the pictures don't do much justice. Everything is incredibly clean and well cared for.

If you're looking for a place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in an area with tons of adventure at your fingertips, Seams Like Home Bed & Breakfast is the place for you.

Recently spent a long weekend at this lovely, peaceful B&B! The location is very quiet and private, so it was easy to relax and enjoy nature. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and there are very nice community spaces as well. The hosts were lovely and served a delicious breakfast each day which kept us fueled for our outdoor adventures in the area.
