FANTASTIC customer service.
I started training this spring for the Mankato marathon and after all the miles needed to replace my shoes. I couldn't remember the size but remembered buying them from river valley running a year or two back. I sent a message via facebook asking if they had any record of my size, not expecting to have that information, but received a very fast response with my size. They had my size in stock and mailed my shoes!
Cheers to finishing the Mankato marathon next weekend in new shoes!

Best possible place to go find the right shoe for you. I had bad experience buying shoes that weren't right for me from a larger chain store, and I went to RVR and they fitted me and fixed me up with the best shoes I've ever had. Professional, organized, and local. They also have a running club and groups that meet up weekly, so the place fosters community beyond just selling running equipment!

Today was my first time in and I will definitely be returning. Kurt was extremely helpful. He told me what kind of shoe would best fit my needs and brought me several pairs to try on. My plan was one pair but he brought me up two I couldn't leave without. I hope they help with the pains I have been having. Absolutely exceptional service!

After a week of swapping out my new shoes I no longer have the pain in my knees, hip and feet. Amazing!!
