Overall, I had a good stay during a 2-day worksop. My room was in Building C (there are 3 bldgs). Everything I needed except I didn’t see a safe which I would have liked to use. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. One way to keep the AC from turning on and off all night is set the fan to “constant” and the white noise will stay steady. ||Conference rooms were very comfortable. Food was good. My only criticism is customer service. I could see they were very understaffed. But they were cold and terse with me and yelling and rude to another guest. There’s a virtual helper via text but that was hit or miss. Half my text questions were answered correctly. I think it’s good overall and would stay again but hope they can improve customer service.

Decent place at a decent price. The wife had a massage and she said it was pretty brutal. The wife has been a medical massage therapist for over 30 years. She stated that the therapist was very friendly but did a lot of bone on bone massage instead of deep tissue. Overall stay was fine. The restaurant is very good.

Had a great stay. Rooms were clean, Ac worked great, pool was clean and new, and breakfest was delicious. Had potatoes, eggs, sausage, fruit salad and pastries. Will be staying here again if I'm in the area. Outside is very nice, kid friendly, and in a safe serene area.

I have stayed at Gaia suites many times. The rooms are large, the beds very comfortable, the room clean and the staff helpful and the internet works. Additionally it us easy on and off the freeway, yet uou feel as if you are in a private wooded resort

I read some of the other reviews, and their experience was opposite of mine. I booked the deluxe room for my partner and I. We needed a couple nights away without the kiddos. The property was beautiful and easy to locate. Lovely fire pits, huge pond, beautiful light fountain, lots of parking space. My room was beyond my expectations! A living room area with a table and chairs for dining, a huge window and tv in that area, then a very spacious bedroom area on the other side! Also with a tv, a huge deal for a workspace, another huge window (like floor to ceiling, full wall huge!). The bathroom was pretty standard for any hotel.
The receptionist was kind, respectful, and even fun to chat with as we checked in. She was very helpful and polite with a few questions I had.
It is unfortunate that the pool and hot tub is closed (due to renovations?). The only other negative thing I noticed was that the parking lot, in the bordering area had trash in it. It seems like no one has bothered to clean the parking lot.

If amenities are available this place would be great.

The pool and Hot tub were closed but we didn't know this until AFTER we had booked the room (arrived at hotel) and driven over 8 hours to get here so that was a HUGE disappointment and really ruined our trip as we were counting on that for the mini vacation as the heat was unbearable. The heat was extreme and the pool would have been nice since we were expecting to have that. Beyond annoying is that this was NOT mentioned prior to our arrival. Had it been we would have stayed somewhere else that had the amenities listed instead of having to make extra travel arrangements and not enjoy the stay as we would have liked.

There were spider webs EVERYWHERE on the stair cases also.

The upside was that the restaurant on site was very good and had a bar. The staff was friendly. The grounds were ok to walk around but nothing that close to walk to especially in 111* heat. The room had good air conditioning.

NOTE: make sure to call the hotel as if you have a pet, they will put us on the 2nd floor!!!!! Which was also very disappointing because my father who is disabled couldn't even visit us as there is NO elevator to the 2nd floor and you have to use stairs. I'm pretty annoyed with that as well.

I would probably NOT stay here again due to the lack of communication prior to our arrival, of lack of amenities and also changing our room to the 2nd floor ruined other things like family visiting.

1 star for the restaurant & friendliness of the staff.

Pictures on the website do not match what you actually get. The room was dirty. I had to wipe down everything with the sanitizing wipes I brought with me. Stayed 3 days and no maid service. We had a leak in the bathroom that maintenance put a trash can under but, never came to fix. Staff was friendly but not helpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Positive: Front desk staff were very friendly. Negative: Beds were really uncomfortable. Looked like no one had stayed in our room for a while. Everything was covered in a layer of dust. Bathroom was kinda gross.. staff was nice, but hotel was a let down.
