First trip to Europe (2019) Kristi hit the nail on the head. We had a great time. Flight, room, tours etc! She also booked a trip to Jamaica in 2011 and all was fantastic. Second trip to Europe, London and Amsterdam were good but to Paris our favorite city in Europe, the hotel was dirty, you had to ask to have your room cleaned, room service was a frozen pizza on a plate uncovered. We ended up getting sick no doubt from the hotel conditions. We never received a, "How was the trip?" from her.
