Our wedding day went by so smoothly and it was all because of Alyssa and her team! They were so on top of it, professional, calm and handled everything perfectly!

We initially booked a wedding day coordinator with a different vendor, but they were not able to accommodate our wedding day after unexpected circumstances. The original vendor we booked with actually referred us to Alyssa at 120 Events who was available for our wedding date and she was so accommodating to our situation and graciously took us on!

We only hired Alyssa & 120 Events for wedding day coordination services. We already had chosen and booked our vendors but we knew we would need help with communicating with all of our vendors when the date got closer, setting up our reception venue, and just all the little details needed on the big day.

As soon as Alyssa started working with us, a huge relief was lifted off of our shoulders. She helped us with meeting with all of our vendors, finalizing all the small details, and asked questions about things that I did not even know or think of yet. She was always on top of it and was very helpful as our wedding date got closer.

On our wedding day, Alyssa and her team handled everything! They presented and set up all of our decor beautifully at our reception venue. They ensured the church decor was moved and repurposed to the reception venue timely. Every detail of the wedding and reception was flawlessly executed. She kept us updated of any hiccups and decisions she had to make which we agreed with. She even made the time to check on me at the hotel as we were getting ready! Alyssa was present and focused every step of the way and handled any and all situations which made our wedding day stress-free for us as the bride and groom!

Overall, Alyssa and 120 Events did an amazing job. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator. It was a pleasure to work with Alyssa and 120 Events and I am so glad our paths crossed!

Alyssa and her team are so amazing and really went above and beyond to make our day special. I met Alyssa by coincidence when I was inquiring about a wedding venue just out of curiosity! She was helpful during that call and offered me some recommendations without expecting any return. When me and my husband decided to change our wedding to Cali I knew I wanted to hire her as a wedding coordinator! Alyssa was so helpful the months leading up to the wedding and helped us finalize everything. The day of our wedding her team shined! I didn't worry about a thing and everything was handled! One of my guest got lost on her way to the venue and someone from her team drive and went to get her!! I will never forget that! We are grateful we hired her and she is worth every penny!

One of our hardest tasks in planning our wedding, was deciding on a wedding coordinator; as a couple who initially didn't plan to hire a coordinator (but found one required by our venue), Alyssa quickly changed our minds about the importance, value, and our appreciation of the support and guidance she provided leading up to and on the day of our wedding.

Alyssa is present and thoughtful at every step of the way in her work supporting couples. In an industry where you might feel like there are limited options (or needed traditions you have to abide by), Alyssa goes out of her way to listen and advise, to ensure that your special event is just how you envision and everything you could hope for.

On the day of the wedding, she is truly an MVP. There were so many details, unexpected questions from our family/guests, last minute needs (getting pocket boutonnieres to fit in suit jackets without real pockets; unexpected food requests from guests; last minute printing) and we didn't have to worry about any of it, because we knew Alyssa was on it.

We are so grateful Alyssa was recommended to us and available to support our May, 2024 wedding at Regale Winery. Her services are invaluable to any couple.

It was by pure chance that my wife and I met Alyssa at a winery in Las Gatos looking for a venue for our wedding that took place in june 2024. And how lucky we were. Im sure there are other wedding planners out there that can organize and contact vendors and help with timelines to meet deadlines etc...What Alyssa gave us was so much more than that. Not only did she do all those things extremely well but went above and beyond with so many other things. I want to mention how she brought our vision to life. It was special. My wife and i were stunned when we saw what we imagined to be our special day with our own eyes. We were blown away. That was all Alyssa. It seemed as though Alyssa bacame a part of our family during the planning stages. Alyssa leaves no stone unturned. The day of the wedding her and her team made sure every small detail was addressed and made the day seamless. Now that our "Big Day" has come and gone we feel like a piece is missing as the daily texts and reminders of things that needed to be done came to and end. Alyssa played a major role in making our day a special one that we will never forget. She nailed it. To anyone reading this and looking for a planner I would look no further.
