We love working with Alexandria! We recently worked a summer wedding together at Silverthorn Meadows and Alexandria absolutely crushed it. She is very communicative and made sure to collaborate with all the vendors involved to make sure the day is as smooth as possible. Alexandria was even kind enough to give all the vendors a little goody bag of snacks and hydration packets to keep us fueled and hydrated on a hot summer day. Can't wait to work together again!

We were having a non-traditional wedding reception so initially, I wasn't sure I even needed a wedding coordinator, however hiring Alexandria was the best decision! She went above and beyond!

I was very hands on through the planning process and was so happy to have her help and guidance with the final details. She was so great about creating and making recommendations to my timeline as well as suggesting details that would make sense logistically and meet our vision. She also took full responsibility for coordination and organization of our vendors which brought my husband and I so much peace of mind.

From the beginning and to the end Alexandria was attentive, easy to work with and professional. We are so thankful for all she did for us. I cannot imagine it flowing any smoother and am so thankful to Alexandria!

Alexandria has gone above and beyond with helping me with my wedding. The timeline she created was very detailed and incredibly helpful. During every step of the way, Alexandria helped to make me feel cool, calm, and collected. From our very first call with Alexandria, we could sense she was going to be our pick for month-of coordination for our wedding! She was professional, sweet, knowledgable and passionate about wedding planning. Although we hired her for the month-of, she made it very clear from the beginning of the process that she would be just a call/email away whenever we needed her. She made sure to check in on us periodically and help us with any questions/issues we had. The night before the wedding she took our napkins home with her to fold them ahead of time. On the wedding morning she brought Starbucks for me and my husband. She went above and beyond in making sure she was able to do the specific things we needed: set-up of our Persian ceremony table, coordinating the entire flip of our ceremony space into the reception space, and assigning smaller tasks to her lovely assistant. They both made sure we stayed hydrated all day. She checked in with us at the end of the night to reassure us everything was cleaned up and put back safely into the house (our venue). She was the right choice for us and we will highly recommend her to anyone in the Sac area! Thank you so much Alexandria! We love you!
