Place is great and great atmosphere, free drink coupons were a nice bonus. Lobby was Nice and clean with very nice seating areas. The food was good but it's a hotel not a restaurant, plenty of dining across the street. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with made to order omelets. My only complaint is the ac in my room never got really cool and was uncomfortable at times. One night one of the 4 elevators had a problem, the whole building shook all night with a loud vibration. Staff eventually stopped the usage of that elevator the next morning. Front desk and service employees were very kind.

Front desk ladies are very nice and helpful. Asked a few questions and was able to give me an answer. Room service came every morning of our stay. Bathroom wise bit on the small side. Bedroom plenty of room. Comfortable bed.The night was quiet. The best time for breakfast is early because it will get very busy and hard to find a table. The pool closes at 10 pm. The hotel has a bar. Felt safe and secure the days we stayed. If in the are, it will definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice; however, staff was not. We checked in and asked the front desk manager if we could get change for a $20 bill. They said they "didn't have change because they are cashless." We simply wanted to give our housekeeper a tip (as we always do) Additionally, one of the reasons we choose Embassy Suites is because our kids can stay with us and use the pull-out couch bed. We called housekeeping and asked for three extra pillows. We were told, "We will see. We can probably bring you two because we won't have enough for our guests." What kind of a response is that? The hotel is very pretty (a little hot) but what a shame the staff seems untrained and absolutely clueless about hospitality. Instead of making us feel like welcome guests....we felt like a nuisance. The pillows in the room were flat and not fluffy. They appeared very old. Breakfast was good...but it's over at 9am. Great for people on business trips....but if you're on vacation and wish to sleep-in a little....forget about it. When we opened up the couch bed, there was a giant stain. Just gross. I see other reviews where guests complained the room wasn't clean. It would seem they need to focus on hygiene and cleanliness. NOT IMPRESSED

We booked for 7 days the last couple of years. The room suites are so convenient. A door separates the bedroom from entry, sleeper sofa, micro etc. The suite configuration allowed me to stay up and not wake my wife if my back was hurting. Beds are softer than I like, firm would be better. Rooms & beds are reaching a point to be updated "soon" due to wear & tear.
Super nice staff ready to assist you 24/7. Great breakfast 7am-9am. Indoor pool nice & clean, very clean exercise room & equipment 3 precor tread mills, 2 precor elliptical trainers, free weights, medicine balls, etc.
Great location to restaurants, shopping, etc

Positive: The breakfast was exceptional. There is a happy hour with free drinks in the evening but unfortunately we were never there at that time to take advantage of it. Negative: I wish parking was free. But I can't complain about this since we knew in advance there was a charge and was less than many other hotels we considered.

We are Diamond members and have been loyal Hilton honors members for 20+ years. Hilton brand hotels are always our go-to. Our recent stay at the Embassy Suites in Arcadia California has been less than stellar. 2 of 4 elevators are functional. Based on other guest reviews this has been going on awhile. The room is musty smelling, also smells like greasy smelly people. Elevator smells the same. The room fan vents are all moldy. The toilet runs constantly. Bathroom floors sticky. The room needs a major deep clean including carpet and upholstery cleaning. Yesterday morning with the front desk I requested housekeeping to come at 1pm. We were out all day and arrived back to the room in the late evening. Housekeeping never arrived. We still had wet towels on the floor. Called the front desk about 7:30pm to bring fresh towels. No one came. Went to the front desk personally twice to ask for fresh towels and to schedule housekeeping for the following day at a specific time. Towels finally arrived late in the evening but the guy who delivered them gave attitude, said they were busy blah blah, wouldn’t take the wet towels said that wasn’t his job. This doesn’t excuse the fact that they missed the housekeeping I requested earlier in the day. Jared a manager called to apologize, and I got the same excuse as the other guy - they are busy lots of people at the pool using towels. But I requested housekeeping earlier so what does that have to do with people at the pool?
I get it they don’t want to provide daily housekeeping after Covid to cut back on costs but there should be something in the app to request housekeeping so it’s electronically tracked because the hand written note the guy made at the front desk obviously went nowhere.
Besides the guy who finally delivered towels, staff is friendly. Location good. Overall, this hotel needs a deep clean, remodel, elevators fixed, housekeeping needs to do better. Because of all of this we decided to get rid of our Amex card that is tied to Hilton Honors and go with another hotel brand. This was our most disappointing hotel stay at a Hilton brand in our 20+ years with Hilton.

Very pleased with our stay here. It was what I expected but at many of their locations not finding until now. Breakfast was terrific, and their happy hour generous. I found the price to match the value just right. The lobby and seating areas were all updated, making it a nice place for getting out of the room.

My family stayed here 6/22/2024. The overall stay was very good, as it always is with Embassy Suites. The breakfast selection was good, as it always is...although I wish there had been a waffle maker. 😉 During the evening reception, no outside food is allowed, which surprised me a bit. I suspect it's that way because it is held in the restaurant area maybe? I also like that the hotel has added gates for the parking lot, which keeps non-hotel guests from parking there unless they want to pay to get out.

On the "negative" side...
1. It was a hot weekend, so the pool and hot tub were swarmed with kids. I love to relax in the hot tub, but by the time the kids were done, the water was yellow with tons dirty foam bubbles.
2. This is a snobbish-sounding thing, but the gentleman who checked me in didn't acknowledge my HHonors status. It didn't really bother me that much, but it was the first time the check-in person hasn't mentioned it.
3. The building is aged, but again, still very comfortable.
