Whether you have a few months to plan or you have a long time to plan, like we did, Renee can help you make your vision into a reality. She is organized, enthusiastic, professional, creative, knowledgeable, and I just cannot imagine a better coordinator. She never forced her vision on us but always took our ideas and made them come to life (including our crazy “unity volcano” and my surprise light up dress), helping us throw the most colorful, epic party we could’ve dreamed of, all within our budget. She made sure we had a list of what to do, a year out from the wedding and made sure we stayed on top of things. She helped us to stay calm and unstressed and helped us have a really fun time during the planning process, helping us to make weather contingencies and backup plans and covering all the bases. She had great suggestions about the SLO area and awesome connections in the industry which was hugely helpful since we were planning the wedding from outside SLO. Communication was easy and she always responded extremely quickly. And when the big day came, she made sure all the vendors and guests were organized and that my husband and I had everything we needed to have the greatest day of our lives. I cannot recommend Renee enough, she truly is an amazing person and will help you turn your ideas into the best celebration of your life. We hired Renee as our day of coordinator for our wedding at oyster ridge. It truly felt like she was there every step of the way. She gave great recommendations and advice leading up to the wedding and every phone call we had with her put my mind more and more at ease. At our venue rehearsal our entire bridal party complimented what a calming presence she had and the day of was perfection. We never felt like we had to worry about anything while she was around. Renee is so talented! She is a delight to work with and dedicated to making your special day measure up to all your hopes and dreams. She is detail oriented, creative, fun and well loved by the wedding industry community for good reason. She can pivot in challenging conditions (ehh ehmm unexpected rain on our wedding in May!) all while maintaining a good can-do attitude! She helped me bustle my dress multiple times, made sure we got to try all of our appetizers, drinks and actually eat our dinner, she rolled a heater over to me when I was freezing, brought extra plates and linens in case we’d need them, the list goes on… If only we could plan another wedding to find an excuse to work with her again!

We’re gonna cut right to the chase, Renee is a GODSEND OF A HUMAN BEING! We love her and truly miss her calming voice since our wedding ended. She was an amazing find and helped us achieve the wedding of our dreams!

Renee was truly amazing to work with and helped make everything run smoothly at our wedding. She was there two months out, on the dot, always an email or call away, and made us feel as if we were her only clients. She made us feel special, and that our wedding was her only concern.

Renee was also so kind to us and our guests, would step in when we needed clarifying details from the vendor(s), and was a friend when we just needed to vent about things. Not only that but she brought us appetizers and champagne while we were taking pictures after the ceremony, took the time to pack our special souvenirs in a safe place while we were enjoying the party, tidied and cleaned our hotel room in preparation for our return AND packed us two dinners in the fridge for the late night munchies! She went above and BEYOND expectations and is just plain amazing.

Renee felt as if your good friend was there to run your wedding. And what’s great, we now consider her a friend. We love Renee and highly recommended her for your wedding!

From our very first call with Renee, our stress melted away. We felt complete confidence that we were in the hands of a total professional, and sure enough, she delivered every step of the way. We would look forward to every call with her because she had already anticipated and found solutions to anything we had been worried or unsure about.

On the wedding day, Renee went above and beyond so we were both able to just enjoy ourselves in the moment knowing she was working behind the scenes to make everything happen. (And on or AHEAD of schedule!) She made sure our DJ had shade, that we had transport to various places across our venue, and that all of our little details were exactly as they should be. She also made sure all of our little keepsakes, cards, and other decor items made their way back to our hotel room so that when the party was over, we could just head out without worrying about rounding everything up!

She also had a magical fanny pack with everything you could possibly need, including a small pair of scissors she used to cut the tag off my 2nd look dress.

Hiring a coordinator is an absolute must for any wedding, and Renee should be at the top of your list!

Renee was so incredible to work with! I feel like she could do any job in the world and we are so lucky she chose to be a wedding coordinator… she made us feel so safe and taken care of, she had answers for all questions and had an amazing calm throughout the whole weekend. I cannot express how much I recommend working with her - we’re just sad we don’t have another wedding so that we can do it all over with her! Renee is truly the best!
