My husband and I went our on first zipline tour ever yesterday with Action Tours in Big Bear. The crew was amazing. They had a great sense of camaraderie among them. Each of them had a relaxed and encouraging demeanor that helped me a lot. They made the course more fun.
On the downside, the lack of detailed information about the course is odd. To try to ease my nerves before our trip, I looked for a map of the course and couldn't find one or any pictures of it online. I think Action Tours should proudly include this resource. Even after taking the tour, I have no idea how long any of the lines were. How can I brag properly?
The unsecured plastic stepstools on the platforms were scary. No bathrooms on the course, even though we were assured there would be.
Overall, I highly recommend this experience. It was well worth the cost, well-organized and a great little adventure!

This place rocks!! Great mini vacation in big bear and zip lining to top it off made it even better. The woman at the front desk that helped with tour was great and very helpful. The tour guides were fun and chill and helped us get comfy with the NINE zip lines!! great experience for the family. Thank you Action Tours!!!!

We've done the zipline tour in the past and had a great experience. This most recent tour was not as positive. Tour was overbooked. Way too way people in the group. Not nearly enough room on each platform for half of our group. Started raining a few lines into our tour. We were escorted off the tower and waited about 40 minutes to be picked up to head back to the office. Once returned to the office, no refunds, partial refunds, credits or rain checks were offered. Only offering was emailing the group photos taken at the beginning of the day after we spent over $1,000 for the 7 individuals in our group.

The tour was so much fun. Our group had a wide range from beginners to seasoned zip liners. The tour guides were very good at preparing us for each zip line and kept everything fun. I would definitely do it again.

We had a great experience and really felt taken good Care of by the Crew. The Zips were good some of them also longer the wiev from the Apex was really fantastic.

Really dope experience that went by so much faster than I expected. The guides were really fun fellas and they put the first timers at ease. The variance in length of the ziplines themselves was nice, particularly since we started off with the shorter ones and progressed to the longer, faster ones. Also liked that the last five minutes of the trip from the office to the lines was in an off-road vehicle - made me feel like Rambo and my wife like Indiana Jones, so it was a quick time for us to geek out a bit? Lastly, the views are stupid gorgeous, and it's so exhilarating to go flying through all that beautiful wilderness, and the startlingly adept photographer has you lookin at pics of yourself afterwards like Splash Mountain. So much fun, and I would recommend this to anyone.

We had fun, but didn't compare to other ziplining experiences we have had. While all the guides were nice and friendly, they seemed off as a team and didn't have the fun energy we are used too. Nothing bad to complain about, but also nothing to say wow about.

Also it was a very large group. A lot of standing time.
