We worked with Ro to pull off a surprise 1920s party for my mom’s fiftieth birthday. Throughout the entire process of planning, Ro was an absolute God-send. This party was a large and fairly extravagant event with the added stress of keeping it a secret from my mom, and with Ro’s help, it was perfect. She was enthusiastic about our ideas and connected us with the best vendors to make every aspect of the event possible. Ro stayed on top of every deadline and detail, and made the set-up and tear down of the event fluid and easy. She was available for conference calls and meetings on short notice and coordinated all of the meetings with vendors. Ro made sure we had a hands-on role in the planning but also alleviated the stress of handling the details once decisions were made. The party would not have been nearly as beautiful and fun, to be honest, it might not have been possible, without Ro.
