Kelsey is an amazing wedding planner! We used her services from start to finish in the wedding planning process. She helped with EVERYTHING from choosing the venue, flowers, photography, decorations, cake, wine etc. the list goes on! She organized all of the vendors together for a flawless day of experience. On our wedding day, there were no ends that she was willing to go to make the day perfect.

I'm a busy working gal, so having Kelsey as our planner was a dream come true and took away the stress of event coordination. If I were a bride to be reading this, I would not hesitate at all on hiring her (and have her for the full process - you'll be glad you did).

All I can say is WOW. I honestly do not know what I would do without Kelsey. My original plan was for a month of planner, but after the initial call, we decided to go the partial planning route so that we could start using Kelsey immediately. She has an extensive and epic list of coastal vendors. I found that using the vendors she recommends was the absolute greatest decision. Not only were we incredibly happy with every single one of her recommendations, but it was amazing because she knows them personally and was always able to communicate quickly with them and get responses quicker than the normal paths often. Kelsey was totally on top of our timeline leading up to the event (had regularly scheduled calls to go over the pieces that we should be working on, etc.), but she also had a timeline of the day scheduled down to the 5 minute intervals. This was incredibly helpful to me as the bride because I knew exactly what to expect, not just for the wedding day, but the whole weekend! Kelsey stayed on top of my vendor payments, and sent reminders when it was time to pay.
When it came to the day of the event, it was flawlessly executed. I did not have to worry about a single thing going wrong because Kelsey was always there making sure everything went to plan. She made sure vendors got their tips, ate, etc. She ensured that everything was running on schedule and checked in with me and my husband throughout the night. When we got back to our room, everything was set up for us to enjoy the night and Kelsey and team packaged everything up for us in the original packages and boxes. It really was just the greatest experience ever. Hire Kelsey. I promise you will not regret it!!

I had my initial call with Kelsey and she seems like a great option if you have a high budget and are looking for a more traditional wedding. My budget is 40k, my fiance and I are planning to have a non-cookie-cutter wedding- this seemed to catch her off guard and she proceeded to tell me for 15 minutes that an at-home wedding is not feasible for anything under 100k. Immediately after saying this she said she doesn't work with luxury couples because it's not her vibe which I thought was ironic because 100k in my book is luxury! Maybe I'm new to this... Overall the conversation was a bit deflating since we didn't talk about my vision at all.

That being said- I bet she is exceptional for more traditional high-budget weddings! She is extremely detail-oriented, driven and responsible. I recommend if you are looking at planners, being specific about your needs over email. Thank you for the call Kelsey!

Kelsey was awesome to work with! She was very organized, friendly, and professional. She made our wedding so much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. She helped to keep us on track with our vendors and throughout the process of making decisions and planning even the smallest details of our big day. We truly could not have appreciated working with her more and just can’t say enough about how great of a job she did!! Truly she went above and beyond and was fun to work with too! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Kelsey did a great job of making our wedding reception perfect! We required a coordinator for our reception only, so we really appreciated that Kelsey was willing to create a custom quote for just the services that we needed. Most of the other coordinators we talked to were unwilling to make any modifications to their packages.

Working with Kelsey leading up to the event was a pleasure. She was well organized and provided good feedback on our schedule to ensure everything ran on time. When we arrived at the reception, the room was set up exactly how we envisioned it. Throughout the night she checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed (food, drinks, etc). At the end of the night, she quickly packed everything up and helped us load it into our car. We really enjoyed working with Kelsey and would love to work with her again!

Kelsey executed our daughter and now son-in-law's vision for their wedding flawlessly! She was instrumental in securing and working with the vendors, and supporting the couple's needs every step of the way. Her ability to identify solutions to unexpected situations with such calmness was impressive to witness. Kelsey and her team took care of all the details and handled all my daughter's DYIs beautifully, and seamlessly integrated everything into the ceremony and reception venues. We truly are grateful for all she did behind the scenes to make the wedding so memorable, not just for the bride and groom, but also for all the family and friends who attended the celebration. Kelsey provides a personal experience from planning to execution. She knows her area and her vendors well, and I know she recommended the vendors she knew were the right fit for us. She had plenty of initial ideas for us to decide through, and made sure every aspect was going to be just right in the planning. And on the day, we really appreciated her suggestions. We planned to be on the beach, the morning weather was appearing to not cooperate. Kelsey gave us the option to consider trying to move off the beach, and was willing to wait it out for us under the cover of some trees while watching over our seating area setup. Talk about dedication. Ultimately, the weather cleared off just perfectly for the ceremony on the beach, and for excellent golden hour photos. We got everything we wanted, and could not have asked for better service from Kelsey. It was a perfect day. Thank you so much!!!!
