Rheanne is the best! She took great care of my husband and I when scheduling our 20th anniversary trip. She talked us through the process of scheduling our very first Virgin Cruise, kept us up to date on promotions and discounts, and helped us upgrade our room when they offered free upgrades. She is knowledgeable and knows how to get it done. If you have an issue she solves it right away and doesn’t shy away from complaining on your behalf. When I scheduled my original cruise I ended up not being able to go and if it wasn’t for Rheanne, I wouldn’t have gotten the credit to spend on my next cruise. I will never use another travel agent as long as I’m able to travel. I cannot give Rheanne enough praise for how professional she is and how she treats all her clients like family.
