Ryan did an excellent job fixing and cleaning my Swiss cuckoo clock - I am quite pleased as it looks brand new and is working great! I highly recommend Ryan as he appears to be very well versed in timepieces with the skill to repair and recommend care and maintenence of them.

Owner Ryan Ford went above and beyond for my husband in fixing an old clock. Ryan actually picked it up from our house and returned to our house because my husband had been sick. Fantastic service and will definitely use this business again.

i took my clock Ryan in December of 2023 and left it there for about a month , and when i called him about he told me that he would oil the mechanism and unwind the springs to see if it would work, and he stated to me that he could not fix it cause it needed to have the bushings fixed and he couldn't do that . so over all he still charged me 50 dollars to basically do nothin to the clock to fix it. needless to say i would never refer he's business to anyone , simply because i took my clock that was not working to someone who claims that this is what they do for a living and got my clock back still not working and paid 50 dollars for nothing... it never even looked as though it were oiled ...I wouldn't even give one star if i could ....

After inheriting a grandfather clock, it took quite a beating in transit. Ryan came out to our house, assessed the damage, and went through all possible scenarios with pricing before we committed to any work. After a few weeks, he delivered it back to us in impeccable condition. Just hearing the chimes and seeing it in our front room makes it feel like our family member is here with us...a priceless gift.
