I called AAA this morning because my truck needed a jump start from a vehicle, not a jump pack, which I explained before A & J Auto came out. The reason a jump pack won't work is due to a faulty fuel relay switch, which is a common problem with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicles. The guy A & J sent out insisted on using the jump pack, which didn't work, just as I'd told him it wouldn't, and said he couldn't simply use the brand new jumper cables I have. Instead, he suggested charging me money for a tow where they could then charge more money, despite never having heard of this common problem, meaning these guys are incapable of solving the problem.
His manager confirmed that they were unwilling to provide a simple jump start. He'd also never heard of this common problem, suggesting the entire company is inexperienced and inept, or, worse, liars bent on conning their customers out of every red cent they can.
A & J Auto wasted my time and left me stranded without ever even helping with a simple jump start due to their ignorance. That's the nicest thing I can say about this company. I got a jump start off a random stranger and ordered the bypass I need from Amazon for $8. These idiots would've charged me thousands.

Battery in my wife's car died sunday 9 pm, in the middle of nowhere. Called AAA.. They said 3 hr wait. (yeah no) Called A & J. 22 minutes later she was on the road. The driver, (owners son ) was very friendly and professional as was his father (owner) who took my initial call. I highly recommend this company.

Had to get an emergency tow in the middle of snowsqualls in Putnam. After waiting less than an hour, Jon got us hooked up and towed to our local shop. Price was cheaper than I thought and Jon was very personable and courteous. Me and my wife know that if we need to rely on a local team, A&J are the ones to go to!
