Sarah was our day of coordinator for our June wedding at the Seymour Center and from our first conversation it was clear that she was highly knowledgeable of the venue and other vendors that often work there. She gave great advice both in the planning stage and later with seating arrangements, reception tables, and many other details that would have been missed by us. For example, she moved our ceremony flowers inside to decorate our sweetheart table – something I wouldn’t have thought to do and made the area look fantastic in all of the photos! On the day of the wedding Sarah kept everything on track while being kind, calm, and collected. One of the things I most appreciated about her is that she ‘ran interference’ by answering questions and coordinating the movement of parents, the bridal party, and all of the vendors so that we could sit back and enjoy our day. She should 100% be the first vendor that you hire and I highly recommend her!!

I cannot thank Sarah enough for her incredible work as our day-of coordinator for our Roaring Camp wedding! She was truly instrumental in our big day and took so much stress off of our plates, allowing us to fully enjoy the day (and the days leading up to it!). Our venue had some unique aspects to navigate, and it was so helpful to have somebody who was super familiar with the location and the vendors we used. Sarah thoroughly answered all of our many questions ahead of time and really made me feel reassured about the logistics of the day. On the day of, she made sure that my husband and I had food and drinks throughout the night (which definitely would have been a challenge, as we were constantly pulled into conversations or taking pictures). Before the day even started, my shoe broke and Sarah super glued it back together! She is truly incredible and having her on our team was the best decision we made. Thank you for making our wedding dreams come true!

On August 10th 2024 Sarah of A Paper Flower Wedding was our day of coordinator. She was amazing to work with. From our first call to the day of our wedding Sarah was professional, available, informative, and organized. I couldn’t have asked for our wedding to go any smoother. When I started planning our wedding I was not set on having a coordinator but our venue asked that we have one. From our first interview conversation I felt that we would be a great fit. After working with her I know that our wedding was 100% better because of everything she did. At one point the power went out in the entire area and no one even noticed because she kept everything running so smoothly. I would 100% recommend Sarah to be your day of coordinator she will make your day that much better.

Sarah is an absolute gem of a human. She is so kind, organized, and knowledgeable. Every interaction with her throughout the wedding planning process felt like finally taking a deep breath after holding your breath for months through the whole process. Showing up on the wedding day she was so calm and had everything looking absolutely stunning. I had an image in my head of what I expected the day to look like and Sarah took that and made it even more stunning than I could have ever imagined. She kept our wedding moving on schedule and never got stressed, always kept a smile on her face, and rolled with any changes that were needed. My husband, Tim, and I could not have found a more magical, incredibly organized, kind, and even keeled person to help guide us through our wedding day.
And it was the most perfect day!!
From the first call we knew we were in very good hands. Sarah is incredibly calm and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Early on in the planning process I had a valuable in-depth conversation with Sarah that informed every decision we made moving forward.
Sarah has wonderful vendor recommendations for the area that led us to find exactly what we needed within the budget and creative aesthetic we were trying to achieve.
She started working with us a month before the wedding which was incredible. When we heard the term Day of Coordinator, we had no idea we would have so much valuable help at that point. It was such a HUGE relief to have her coordinate all of the communications with the vendors and make sure everything was happening. Including helping me get a missing groomsman tux shipped in the day before the wedding!!
We had come up with lots of creative decor. Sarah made it all happen per our vision, including a table full of vintage Bells collected to be placecards for each of our guests. We handed Sarah a box and the next thing we knew there was a beautiful tablescape ready to go!!
She kept everyone on track and having fun at our rehearsal and continued to do the same for our wedding.
But most importantly, Sarah was a kind supportive energy to have with us as we moved through the day. The last person standing with me behind the cabin, waiting to walk towards my husband. I couldn’t have asked for a more special person to send me off.
We are forever grateful for her.

Working with Sarah in the final weeks of planning was exactly what we needed to truly enjoy our wedding day! We got married at the Seymour Center in Santa Cruz in July 2023. Sarah's experience and thoroughness were evident from our very first phone call, where she walked us through each part of our ceremony and reception, and some of the decisions and arrangements she was there to help with. At the same time she was kind and poised, and helped us stay grounded in our overall wishes for the occasion amidst the long list of details to work through. After that call, she took the reins for communication with a hard-to-reach vendor, found a crew to take care of cleanup responsibilities at the end of the night, updated our list of rental items, and gave us a packing list for decorations we were bringing from home. On the day of the rehearsal, she patiently walked us and our families through the ceremony and calmly problem-solved when we brought a cake too large to fit in the venue's refrigerator. On the big day we were able fully focus on one another and our friends with us, while everything ran smoothly around us. We have only delightful memories!

We hired Sarah Greathouse at A Paper Flower Wedding for our July 2022 wedding at Waterfall Lodge and she was amazing. She made our day so effortlessly seamless and brought our entire vision to life with all our decor, exactly how we imagined it. She provided great advice and insight into other vendors through our planning process. Her knowledge of the venue was extremely helpful in planning our day. She was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on our day and we got to spend the whole time being in the moment. If anything went wrong, we don't know about it because she handled it. She also packed everything up for us at the end of the night so it was an easy take home for us. 100% recommend Sarah!

Sarah was the best day-of wedding coordinator we could have asked for on our wedding day. She was so knowledgeable about our venue (Roaring Camp) and impressed us with her thoroughness at every stage of planning.

In the 3 weeks leading up to the wedding, she was extremely responsive and thoughtful whenever we had questions or decisions to make. She was very kind and easy to work with, while also being very efficient and respecting how busy we were leading up to our big day.

On the day of the wedding, Sarah completely took all of the stress out of the event. While we were being whisked from one thing to the next, it was such a relief knowing that she was there to help with any questions or surprises brought on by the vendors and guests. Need a band-aid? Sarah's got it. Someone's boutonniere is falling apart? Sarah's got glue. Need a drink or some food during cocktail hour? Sarah's already got your seat prepped with both. And all of this while staying patient, calm, and approachable.

I really can't imagine what we would have done without her. She was there from the time we were setting up that morning to the time the last guest left and decoration was cleaned up. She made sure every minute of our time was accounted for (including breaks to rest and recharge) and that it all ran smoothly.

If you have any reservations about hiring a day-of coordinator, know that it doesn't get better than Sarah!
