Such a fun activity to do while in town - plus you get to eat your creations! Great for a group of friends, date night or even a bachelorette party! Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of attending a cooking event with Raquel and her team last night at one of her kitchens in Little Italy, and it was absolutely fantastic! We collaborated on building the menu and timeline, and Raquel’s easygoing personality made the whole experience enjoyable. She provided invaluable tips and showed us how to combine ingredients to create incredible dishes.

The highlight was definitely the Iron Chef challenge, which was both fun and rewarding. The energy and teamwork were great, making the event even more memorable. Working with Raquel and her team was a total pleasure, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for our next cooking event.

I recently hosted a corporate team building event of over 35 people with Chef Raquel. The feedback from the team has been overwhelming. We host several events thru out the year, and none have received this amount of positive feedback. The service was excellent, Raquel and her team were friendly, FUN, knowledgeable and incredibly engaging! The cooking process was a lot of fun, and the sit down dinner was absolutely incredible, everything was delicious.

In celebration of an 80th birthday, Chef Raquel brought her impressive knowledge, her vast and varied experiences, warm and lively personality and delicious recipes to our home and engaged 22 family members to prepare a three course meal.
And what fun it was! Beginning with a crispy ricotta ravioli with arugula, toasted pears and fennel with honey balsamic dressing and ending with a pear and apple crumble, Chef Raquel shared cooking techniques and tips in a lively manner keeping all 22 people involved throughout the preparation. How organized and completely in charge she was while making us feel comfortable and eager to participate.
A five star experience in every way . . . thank you for a memorable night.
