Worst experience I have ever had with a courier. I called them to send a big box of baby gifts to a family member on the upper west side, plus a baby swing and a bag of toys. The relative never got any of it. A plus showed me a signature, later discovered as forged, and insisted they dropped it off. After reviewing surveillance coverage, we found the messenger delivered everything to the garbage room instead of the package room. Everything was lost. Two weeks of me chasing them down by phone and they hardly apologized. Outrageous.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Was charged for services never rendered....also charged twice! All three employees I spoke with were rude and refused a refund on top of lying about contacting me to inform delivery could not be made. Scammers and theives!
