So rude, I called them and asked about an event. Answered very unprofessionally as if it wasn’t a place of business and before she even let me finish a sentence, she said “can’t help you, try somewhere else” and hung up.
I understand if you aren’t available, you can politely phrase that you are unavailable instead of interrupting someone mid sentence.

If you want to have a Smooth and Stress free Event, then THIS is where you want to go. The prices are Very reasonable and you get 5 star service and beautiful decorations. This business takes there job very serious and they give you exactly what you want and if they don't have it they let you know right up front. Me and my sister went there so she could have her wedding reception done. The owner and staff are wonderful and very respectful. She explained to us options on how we can decorate our reception and what we would need.

This short and ugly lady mistreat customers and try to look down on them and always make up stories about mantels and table damages
