The main reason I’m giving this motel 5 stars all around is because everything was really great for being one of the cheapest rooms in the area. It’s probably the best super-economy motel I’ve stayed at in Shasta. .Everything worked and was generally clean, and I even liked the Hindi vibe-and-decor at the front desk because the clerk was so nice and hospitable. ?

This place was clean and comfortable! However, I would not recommend staying here without earplugs. There is a very loud train that went by at 11:00p, and again at 7:00a on a Sunday morning! From that point on, there was constant commotion outside - I think just people checking out and cleaning, but the walls are paper thin. It's a bummer because I feel like this motel has done a great job otherwise, and it was very quiet at night after 11:00p, but definitely don't expect to sleep in.

The exterior is well maintained. The room is older, but clean and we were able to sleep and enjoy the day. The couple owning/managing the hotel were nice and accomodating. The rooms could use some updates but its a good clean safe place

Do Not Stay Here
When we arrived to check in there was not a front desk clerk. We “checked in” using a code emailed from the hotel. Punched the code into the room door to unlock. When we opened the door the floor was flooded. We called the phone number posted on the office door to hopefully get a new room but no answer. We emailed and called other numbers associated with the hotel, no response. We weren’t able to stay in the room. The next day when I called the hotel to request a refund they declined and informed me they had checked the room and there was no water, thankfully I took a video. But they still have not issued a refund, and I don’t think they will. Horrible service. They also have other water damage on the ceiling on the room.

We had a wedding to attend so had to reserve our rooms in advance and had I spent more in reading the review I would never had booked so many rooms. I was so embarrassed to have my family and friends stay in this hotel. Dirty, no respect for the amount we had to pay and then to see holes in the sheets, holes in the blanket, stain bedspread. Filthy carpets and coroners. The ice machine, broke down, swimming pool and jacuzzi closed because it was cold outside though it had reached 99 degrees the two day we were there. If I had to cancle upon sight they still would have charged us. The department of health and safety need to close this place down. One more thing my ||In room hair dry was ducked taped at the outlet and the towels must have been 100 years old. I will be letting the better business bureau know come Monday. For two rooms two beds 1 room two nights the other 1 night plus my room two nights came to $475.00. I should have done my research better.

The room was clean but smelled a bit like stale cigarettes. Comfy pillows, fast internet, good water pressure, and working ac/heat. ||The front desk staff were pretty unfriendly and immediately treated us as if we were going to trash the place. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay again, but it was fine for one night.

For the price it sucks, we only stopped on account of being exhausted and noother place had any vacancies. It was quit in a nice location just over priced with no amenities. The television is the size of a desktop. The rooms could have been kept cleaner. However the shower was OMG, the water was excellent no chloride, at least I don't think so. My skin felt like it had been kissed from the God's. I did however use goat milk soap ( which I have tryed previously, but nothing quite like this.

This is a nice standard family motel. It is clean, close to town, quiet and comfortable. The room also includes a microwave and small refrigerator and has plenty of parking. I recommend patronizing this family motel.
The view of Mt. Shasta is what you will open your door to or see when you look out your window.
We are yearly clients that stay here for two weeks while visiting friends. We have never been disappointed.
