2 days to get a tire changed. Unacceptable. To be told it was because of where we lived with few providers and high demand was an outright lie. There were problems with your system. So disappointed after being a member for 50 years. Will rethink membership at renewal time

Left me waiting. Set a time and they called back and told me they couldn't get a tow until the next day.. I walked home in knee deep snow. Next morning walked back.. they never showed or called back. The city sent a tow truck.. this is the third time in a year triple a failed me..

Called in to inquire about international driving permits (IDP) and the person on the other line was friendly and helpful. Visited the next day and was helped immediately by a super friendly staff member who took care of the IDP. While there I decided to sign up for their membership and it's already helped me to get a discount on travel. They have a plethora of benefits that is covered by the membership fees and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a program that adds a level of protection in many travel related endeavors

I am a 70 yr old woman and have been a member for many years. I called to get a battery start on a vehicle I just bought and they refused to come out and jump it because it is a new vehicle without plates. I said I wanted to not get next years membership and now they have denied me access to the website even and I still have ten days left on my old membership. So not only am I stranded at home, have the flu and cannot drive to the doctor but I cannot even have the access to information on the website. I suggest you find another company to get road service from.

Have been a member for many years and love their prompt and friendly insurance and road service personnel. Not so much with the travel agency side. I requested a trip tik and books for an upcoming trip and will not use this service again. The agent was very unfriendly, never smiled or asked any questions. Had to call her after a week to see when I would get my info. Asked for specific tour books which she didn't include so I had to go back and get them. Was treated very dismissively, as though I was taking up her time. I remember a time when the agents would welcome you and chat about what you needed. If you want that experience, you'd best go elsewhere.

Stopped in for passport photos with three small children. If anyone has ever attempted this, they will understand what a monumental task this is. The children are not allowed to smile and because they sit so low, it is hard to get the face angle correct. The whole ordeal took close to an hour (not any fault of the staff). The staff was extremely patient and even gave the kids some trinkets to play with.

My husband and I stopped in to pick up some info and maps for a last minute trip. Kasey Adams was SO knowledgeable and thorough. We walked out with a TripTik, maps, a tour book, show tickets, brochures, the AAA app downloaded to my phone, info on insurance, credit cards, and identity theft protection, and even trick or treat bags for our grandsons. We so appreciate the stellar customer service! 😊
