I just wanted to hope on & give a shout out to Josie Bennet here at AAA. It was my first time using AAA, let alone planning a big trip & Josie was seriously so sweet & never showed frustration with my lack of knowledge on traveling or where we wanted to go. I unfortunately got quoted better elsewhere & decided to use them but Josie was so understanding!! I will happily reach back out to her for future trips!!! P.s she also was selfless enough to take her work home with her to help us out. God bless her soul!

When my wife & I originally purchased our AAA membership decades ago, I never even thought about it including travel arrangements! Lorie Finchler has worked with us for quite a while (I think we started working together around 2010), from small trips in the US to European trips for weeks at a time, She has always found us the best deals, the most customer oriented guides & etc. After we nail down the "must haves" & the "would be nices" she takes off and gets the ball rolling. It's nice to have that reliability & trust!

Exceptional Service! Ever since I joined AAA a year ago, my Insurance Agent has been Robert Simenz. He has given me the best service I have received from any insurance company, and I have been through quite a few. Robert is professional, courteous, patient and kind. He answers all of my questions promptly. At one point I was not happy with my insurer and Robert did extensive research to find me a company that would meet my criteria. Today I am more than satisfied with my Insurer thanks to Robert!

Bob in the insurance department was awesome in helping me find an insurance option that was the same coverage I had before, but that saved me a ton. Extremely nice, courteous and responsive. I never considered going to AAA for insurance needs, but after this experience, I’ll never go anywhere else. If you’re a AAA member; this is a no-brainer.

Staff is helpful, it's just the passport photo gig. They use a tiny point and shoot from like 2000. I could take a better picture with my phone while I'm hunting for a rabid lion in the safari in Africa... But they did turn out great 🤷🏼👍🏻
