This was a great experience; my father and Grandfather always use to get a trip tic and as an adult now with my family i get to do the same thing. Lana was wonderful. She made things very easy within 30 mins i had my car rented hotel booked and all the extra. Thank you for all the help, you can always use extra protection on a trip! i highly recommend this for any type of trip!

The receptionist at this location was not very cordial in dealing with my wife and myself. We were interested in getting a trip tic to the Smokey mountains and was told we could sit and wait for help but it could be 1 hour or longer before we could speak to someone. We were also told that the computers were down and we would have to come back to pickup the trip tic. Terrible service in our opinion, made us feel like our business was not valuable to this organization.

Your service and helpfulness were great; however, I am greatly dissapointed in the digital lodging book. I found that on my device the page I wanted to look at would not operate the way I thought it should. For example one entry was for a small hotel for which I was never able to find rates or a way to book it, if I had wanted to at that moment. All in all it was not as easy to use as the old paper books were.

We want in to get help planning a trip to Hawaii. We were greeted fairly quickly. The associate was "nice" enough. We informed her that some of our plans were still up in the air but we were planning ahead. She took our information down, and information about our trip. She said that she had an appointment that was waiting on her. We didn't have a problem with that since we just walked in. The associate said she begin researching for our trip and will contact us at the end of the week. That was fine....that was 2 weeks ago. Disappointed with the experience since I've never used a travel agent before. I'll give them a second chance in the future.

This was my 1st time at this location. I went to order currency for an upcoming trip over the weekend, the system was down so Meka allowed me to come in a little before opening on Monday so I didn't have to be late to work to order. Lana was wonderful and took care of me when I came in. Such a friendly start to my morning. Very appreciative for their amazing customer service!

I told Lisa about an upcoming trip I was thinking about taking and she took it from there and presented me with a couple of options that were very impressive. She totally knocked it out of the park. She helped me to control cost and yet have the best of everything. She's quite an asset to your company. Looking forward to many more trips. Thank you Lisa!

Always excellent service. The staff are great. My Rep is always very helpful and continues to offer suggestions and options for my trips. I have been with AAA for 37 years. Is there an award program for the reps? My rep deserves an award for her service and knowledge. Love this location. Right around the corner.
