As a long-time Marriott Platinum Elite member, I’ve stayed at countless Marriott properties and have always appreciated the consistency of benefits that come with loyalty. Unfortunately, this location does not honor one of the most basic Platinum perks—complimentary breakfast and coffee.

Despite Marriott’s published elite program policies, management here has decided to remove this benefit for Platinum members. It’s frustrating to see a property choose not to follow brand standards, especially when breakfast is an advertised elite option across most of the portfolio. It makes loyal members like myself feel undervalued.

The property itself is fine—clean, decent location, and the rooms are up to the typical Marriott standard—but the lack of respect for loyalty benefits makes it hard to recommend this hotel to fellow elite travelers. If consistent recognition of elite perks matters to you, I’d suggest looking at other Marriott properties in Nashville that continue to uphold the brand promises.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. We were disappointed. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, the chairs was marginal and uncomfortable and the staff was not knowledgable on simple items like the closest ATM (accross the street) or the Uber pickup point (right outside the front door). The hotel was clean, but it seemed they were trying too hard to be trendy with "European Influence". Given the small size of the rooms and impractable layout, the price seemed a bit excessive for the room. Also the advertised free parking is a small public lot accross the street which was full at night (we were there on a weekend).

The A/C Hotel in Brentwood was a great choice for my recent business trip. The location is central and made it easy to get around, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The meeting rooms were clean, well-equipped, and worked perfectly for our team sessions. My room was comfortable and quiet—ideal after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again for future work trips.

The staff at this location made a good visit great! They were knowledgeable and helpful. We were in town for a cheer competition and they made the girls and chaperones feel welcomed. Our rooms were clean and modern.The breakfast and bar were an added bonus before and after long days. Will book again when in Music City.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from the staff.
Undoubtedly perfect for the business traveler.
Not exactly family friendly however.
No laundry services onsite
Only 2 tiny drawers and 1 very small rack to hang clothes.
No typical dresser drawers or full closet.
No pool (indoor or outdoor).
Room not large enough to keep suitcase open so literally stacked clothes on the bench.
If you are traveling for business or party of 1 for a few days, exceptional.
For families or extended stays - challenging.
EXCEPTIONAL location - excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
And again, amazing staff 🙂

The AC Hotel in Brentwood is a fantastic venue with a modern, stylish atmosphere and excellent amenities, perfect for any event. I’ve hosted several groups there. Im a travel agent and Marie has been incredibly professional and very easy to work with. They ensure every group or event runs smoothly and flawlessly, making the planning process stress-free.

I highly recommend this hotel for any event!

My wife and I have stayed at countless properties within the Marriott branding, including several resorts outside the Marriott family. This has become one of our favorite properties - ease of use, clean and chic amenities, complimentary parking all make for a very comfortable, approachable experience. We love the AC environment, regardless of location, but what makes this property truly special is the incredibly hospitable staff - in particular, Mrs Patrica and Q. They are both outstanding, and my wife and I already look forward to seeing them during our next stay. Amenities make an impression, but passionate and kind employees like them make guests want to return. Thanks you two! 🙂

I love the location of this hotel. It's very easily accessible to Nashville 8 miles away. You don't have to get on the highway and the parking is free. I stayed here for the first time in 2023 and fell in love, but it was in December and I didn't notice What I noticed in my recent saying a week ago. I don't know what the issue was on the third floor, but we checked in. We were first in room 313 but the curtain was broke so I requested if we could get a ladder and try to see if we could fix it Because the lights from the parking lot were shining right into the room. They said they couldn't do that. So, I asked to move to a different room also because it felt very humid in there. So they moved us to 333. I did not want to seem high maintenance; however, that room to was very humid also, so I sucked it up-this was to the point that, for the four nights we were there, the bedding and all of my clothes felt wet. I love this brand of hotel. I love it because of the fact that there is no carpet. It's always very clean. I did give them feedback at the time and the front desk man just said, "oh." I was a little disappointed this time, unfortunately.
