I love love love visiting the roof top bar. Not only does it feel amazing overlooking San Rafael and Marin - but the staff are top notch. Great drinks, great atmosphere. Funny and knowledgeable bartender. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. ||My old coworkers and I were eagerly awaiting for the building to be ready for customers and we were not disappointed!!! They definitely lived up to the hype! I now live out of state, but have family living in Marin. I will absolutely be staying here on my next trip!

This hotel offers the perfect balance of elegance and simplicity. It is new and the staff has done an excellent job at keeping the lobby/gym/bar/outdoor seating areas in tip top shape. The desk clerk is always polite and greet me each time I walk through the door. The rooms are quite spacious and offer all the amenities needed for a short stay. I like being able to keep my food/drinks cold in the mini fridge. Aashna is always extremely helpful whenever I need to change my reservation or have a specific request for my room. The beds are soft and comfortable. I will keep coming back to this hotel for future stays.

My experience at the AC Hotel San Rafael was very pleasant. Ann af the reception gave me a warm welcome at the moment I arrived. The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy and had all the amenities. The location is perfect you can park your car in the garage and walk straight into the center. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back when I am in the Bay area again ?

We spent four days in mid-November at the hotel. The hotel is located in a great location in the center of San Rafael. There are lots of great restaurants for breakfast and lunch about a block away. The room was clean and large for a hotel room. It is a very European style with no closet and open bathroom area with separate enclosed shower and toilet stalls. The staff was very hopeful overall. The only complaint is the parking is very limited.

Great experience and friendly staff to help. A GREAT PERK is the free charging for EV’s. Modern style location which clean and bright. Bar area was busy but you could still have a conversation comfortably. Definitely returning perhaps for a more relaxed occasion than work.

The rooms are clean, the bed is comfy, the shower is hot and the towels are soft. The Roof Top bar is a great place for a drink or the bar on the 1st floor. The AC Staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions or requests you may have. Ana at the front desk always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome

Great location, well appointed rooms, in a great location.
Breakfast was a refreshing change from the “normal” continental breakfast fare. The free EV charging stations were another unexpected bonus. Lots of good entertainment and dining within easy walking distance.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick.

I had a great stay here for a work trip. The hotel is well-designed, spacious, and modern; my room on the 5th floor was comfortable and had lovely views. Best of all, the staff here are excellent -- Jason at the front desk checked me in, and Rodolfo helped me print some documents when the printer in the business center wasn't working. Every staff person I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and warm. Truly an excellent experience end-to-end, and I'd happily stay here again.
