We were skeptical because of the terrible reviews, but we absolutely loved our stay here. The staff greeted us politely since the moment we got in. As Titanium members we got breakfast vouchers/credit. We did not do their valet parking but we did their public parking which is literally the lot next to the hotel. After 6pm you park for free. The hotel was very clean and we did not see a night club and we did not get affected by the overpass noise. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

I want to like this hotel, but there are so many things that I can't overlook.

The woman that checked me in was rude. Literally sighed and gave attitude when I asked if she also charged the drinks we grabbed and put right in front of her. When I asked about valet, she rolled her eyes.

The bathroom is barely clean. There were stains in the sink and random small hairs in the shower that barely drains.

Our room is close to the interstate, it's loud. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. The room itself is nice, but there was a stain on the bedding.

I stay with Marriott for all my business and most my personal travel, but this place is not great, especially for the cost. I won't stay here again and I will recommend against it to friends that do trips in the area.

I have never recommended staying at another property after a Marriott stay but I must do so now. My room was designed by someone who must design dormitories and prisons. It was incredibly small. The bathroom vanity was in the middle of the room by the bed with a refrigerator and storage behind it. I almost expected to see a toilet in the corner. Whoever signed off on the the final design of this property has never traveled with a companion. I often arise earlier than my partner and like to get up brush my teeth and head out for a coffee and to check my email. The bathroom sink is literally 5 feet from the bed with no real particition to break noise. It is an absurd design. I only stayed because it was the night of the debate and I wanted to see it. I did not have time to change hotels. After the debate I went online using the wifi connection provided. The connection was less than 2MBPS. That's slower than old dialup connections. There was also lots of street noise. The most astonishing thing was my room was considered an upgrade so I burned one of upgrades for a prison cell. Avoid this property at all costs. I t should not be in Bonvoy collection of properties.

Nice clean hotel in a good downtown location. I see some people were complaining about the noise from the freeway, but I must’ve had a west facing room because I didn’t notice any freeway noise during my stay. Overall, a good hotel and the restaurant across the street on the corner was fantastic.

Do not stay at this hotel. I stayed there on November 22, 2024. Parked my truck directly in front of the hotel in Plainview, the front desk looking at my truck the entire night. My truck was broken into and $30,000 worth of tools were stolen. The front desk never once said anything, even though they were in Plainview of my truck being broken into. I then asked for security footage when the “Manager” Stated to me that he would not provide me with any security footage or answer any of my questions. Then told me I had to leave. I cannot believe the nerve of this hotel and its employees. Terrible customer service and respect to human Decency. Do not stay here unless you want your stuff stolen then told it’s your fault.

Called day before to request either two queens or a room with a balcony. They told me they could get me a room with a balcony. On check in they said there was an “error” and there was no room with a balcony. So then I said, in that case I’d like the room with two queen beds. Apparently that was “unavailable” as well. I felt I handled this fairly well and didn’t make a big deal of it. I think it would have been nice if they comped the valet parking but instead they gave me “points” …except I’m not a Marriott reward member. If they had given me my 30$ valet for free as an I’m sorry for their error I probably would have forgotten the whole incident and returned for another stay…needles to stay I won’t be coming back now.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to restaurants and antique stores. Short drive to wineries and a nice bar in the lobby. There is a self park lot down the street, if you want to save a couple dollars on parking.

I actually did not end up staying here at all because when I went to check in, after a long road trip, I was told I was being moved to a totally different hotel altogether.

I do not know in what world this is appropriate to not even try to call or email a person who had a reservation that this was happening, in order to prepare them to make a forced change in their travel plans. If this is emblematic of how they think customers should be treated, perhaps it's best we avoided this cesspool.

They "offered" to move us, no charge, to a Home2Suites in Petaluma, about 20 minutes away. We were traveling to Santa Rosa, for an event in Santa Rosa, and expected to stay IN Santa Rosa. We also had our pet with us and Home2Suites is not pet friendly - not that these idiots even bothered to ask.

I went back to my car and made a different last-minute accommodation that all worked out, but, since I am actually communicative and courteous, I went back to the front desk to tell them we did not need to stay at their alternative location. The front desk actually had the nerve to say "don't worry, we won't charge you for this."

Not being charged is actually, literally, the bare minimum of what I'd expect - I told them, "In what world would I be charged for this?"

The hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the stress and inconvenience this caused. Stay FAR FAR away.
