We had a wonderful experience with Action Worldwide Transportation Services! We hired a mini bus to take our group of 20 people from the Kimpton Overland Hotel to Morton’s Steakhouse. Making the reservation was quick and simple as Pam understood everything I told her. She also made adjusting our booking very easy. Our driver, Riley, was polite and extremely professional! On the morning of the requested service, I received a text from him to introduce himself and confirm details. He arrived EARLY and was sure to let me know we did not have to rush. The bus was clean and in great condition – inside and out. Riley explained that he’d be waiting nearby and asked me to text him when the group was finished with dinner. As soon as I did, he was there!

Great Customer Service and our Driver was Great!!!! When I stopped in the business to see the fleet, Melissa showed me all the fleet and suggested the perfect vehicle (a Limo Sprinter). Melissa followed up with an email and a quote as we discussed!! Though the customer service could not get any better…. Then our Driver showed up!! Chad was the epitome of Excellence!! Chad verified service in advance, rolled out the red carpet once he arrived, and did everything to make our evening a success!! A million times thank you to Chad for making our evening a WIN WIN!! I travel a lot in my business. Action Limousine is one of those companies that obviously has a service culture ingrained in it, and in its people. Every interaction I had was pleasant and efficient. I left a message with a change at almost 9 pm, and I had a confirmation response, from a real person, within 20 minutes. My driver (Curtis) called when he was on the way, and he arrived 30 minutes early. I would use Action again in a heartbeat, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks. Nice job,

I have used them for a number of years and this time over their greed charged us 222.80 fora ride to airport. Claiming holiday fees on top of early morning fees. I called them over this and they even refused to charge back 25 dollars. Screw them - plenty of other sedans and limos to hire.
You can see their greed when they even ignore an injury to a client.
