I’m not impressed with the manager on how she handle my situation. I asked for Jackie who had set up for me. and she just said well I’m her manager so I handle everything; 45 mins pass. She’s done nothing but kept me waiting. Horrible service.

Nhi however have taken care of my check in gave me my keys within 5mins. We all know there’s plenty of options when it comes to hotel in Dallas and you always have to be on top Of things. Bravo to Nhi and thank you for your quick and wonderful friendly service. Overly my stressful day. I literally came to this hotel right after my horrible Crescent hotel experience. Not sure if I’ll be back. nhi was great the rest need to be retrain on customer service! We came for an experience.

My Daughter brought myself and her Business Mentor for brunch. Unfortunately without a Reservation our stay was limited; but, their coffee shop was definitely on point. I look forward to our return

Didn’t have any carts available for luggage check in. Mind you I am pregnant and did offer to help. Just took what we could put of the car. Bathroom floor weren’t clean, hair on the floor. The bathroom door didn’t close and the phone didn’t work. They did give us a new room. Didn’t apologize just handed us a new key. The text to valet doesn’t work or the phones in the room. Waited over 30 minutes for our car. Not worth staying here for the price.
