Hands down the BEST hospital to go to. I live in Dalton, but I'll be sure to go to Advent for any medical needs. In the ER they get you taken care of quick. The nurses are AMAZING. All whole medical staff really listen to your concerns and don't downplay anything you say. If you're admitted, they make sure you're comfortable and always make sure you're feeling okay. If any of the staff that took care of us see this, i appreciate you so much!

I got induced here on 02/10/2025 at 3pm & had my daughter the following morning. My day nurse was Sydney and she was AMAZING! My night nurse the first night was Lauren and she was insanely INSANELY rude. Went as far as lying to the doctor on call when I had told her I could still feel my cervical checks after my epidural telling him “I don’t know what she’s complaining about she told me she couldn’t feel anything”. I was literally wowed by that alone. She came in and I expressed my concerns about being able to feel my legs and vagina still after the epidural as I didn’t experience that with my first child. She literally said with an attitude “are you having any pain down there” and I responded “obviously not I’m not birthing a child right now”. She stormed out of the room talking under her breath.

Anyway, besides her literally being the worst part of the whole experience. I loved everything else. All of the staff I seen were incredibly sweet and understanding and even apologetic for how that travel nurse acted. The induction process went amazingly and the postpartum care they provided was perfect. I was nervous delivering here as my first was delivered at a huge hospital in Florida. I’d pick this place over and over.

So 2/21/25. Either my one star reviewed resulted in my medical record being flagged, or they have really improved. It was very clean and organized. They waited on me better than any hospital I have ever been to. While there my assigned staff was Belinda, Alice, and Marisa. There was also a patient advocate Arie. They were all so attentive to my comfort and needs. Thank you!

I love the staff here !! they are very kind and attentive, I came in the office with 4 children that were cranky due to being sick and the staff was very good to them even managed to cheer them up! Also we didn’t have to wait long at all , so that’s always a bonus. (We went to the advent health in murray county family group Dr office off of Maddox pkwy ) I highly recommend Dr Tom !

My experience with my 2 yr old daughters procedure (ear tubes) was absolutely amazing. From the second we arrived to the second we were discharged. I had my other 5 yr old with me due to school being closed for virtual day and they were very sweet with her as well. The staff was very helpful & very kind. Over the weekend we came across a small issue with her ears, I was given number to call for after hours and the same Dr who did her procedure was the one who answered that call and was very helpful as well. This was a very good experience for both my daughter and myself (as her mother)

The staff at this hospital is amazing!!!! From my surgeon and doctors, medical office staff, financial assistance, all the way to dietary and the janitors they’re truly amazing! I would be lost right now without their prayers, support, generosity, expertise. Thank you all for all your help and continued care.

This was my first visit to this office. Everyone was nice and professional. Check in was quick and so was the wait. Dr Kelley was awesome! Very attentive and sweet. I definitely found my new primary care physician.

The baby place at Gordon Advent Hospital has been the best experience for myself and my family. As I just birthed my second baby there, I was continuously amazed by the nurses and staff. I felt cared for and supported through both journeys. I will never be able to repay the staff for the tender nurturing spirit they showed me during the hardest hours of my life.
