This was an amazing experience. In the midst of a horrible accident, your staff treated me so professionally and such respect. From your front office staff, the lab personnel, EKG techs, and x-ray team, all the way through the entire surgical team. Everyone was compassionate and professional. I love this place, (in as much as it’s possible to love a hospital that is!)

The RN and provider were very compassionate, and showing much care in my wellness. The visit was fairly quick. The process could be tweeted a little so a patient care be seen more quickly. Overall 100 percent improvement since my last visit to er. A big thank u to both of these excellent health care workers.

The staff were friendly and competent, but the building signage to help me find the outpatient radiology department was inadequate I first went to the old location, but the department was no longer in that building. After checking each floor there, I went to the main hospital building, and eventually found my way to the new outpatient pavilion. Even there, there was no clear signage about how to check in to the radiology department on the second floor. I climbed several flights of stairs with an injured hip, and took several elevator rides, before I finally got to the right place.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, professional but personable, took great care of me. I was there from 5:30am until 3 pm. I had a enjoyable time watching all the health care team tending to all of us and saw people I knew and met many new ones. I'm so very grateful for each and everyone. Thank you!

The security guard in the main entrance greeted me and so kind. I told him this is my first time here and I had asked where can I find the radiology department. He kindly directed me to the building next door in the outpatient services. The receptionist assisted me with my check in appointment right away. The facility was very clean and staffs are so welcoming.
