We really enjoyed our tour to Boone Plantation . We loved the Gullah Presentation. We so enjoyed her singing and hearing about the Gullah culture. That was our favorite part. The farm tour was fun. The historical presentation was very informational as well as the tour of the house. The tour guides were very well versed on the history of the plantation. You can tell they enjoyed their job and presenting the information.

Me and my friends felt we were a little crowded in the van because it was a full load and we were a bit cramped. We also would have liked at least an additional 90 minutes at the plantation. Those are suggestions that could make the tour better.

Our driver was very knowledgeable about Charleston and he told us a lot of historical information. We recommend this tour.

I give 5* for Peter for very easy booking and also for Marla. She is amazing. The magnolia garden was nice, the only one thing i didn't care for was the train tour. If u like alligators u will be fine. But for me was not worth it.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from the Boone Hall Plantation trip, which was excellent! The place is absolutely beautiful, including the main house, stables, and gardens. The people were very friendly, and our guide, Cathy, was amazing. She provided us with all the historical information and even returned us to our hotels instead of the designated return point due to bad weather. I highly recommend this tour!.

On a mother daughter road trip covering 8 states and decided to do the city/harbor combo tour while in Charleston. The bus tour was good, driver was informative and very nice, but talked maybe just a bit too much. It was so much data and info it was a little hard to process it all. The harbor tour with Captain Lance was a perfect mixture of history info details and music. There was time to enjoy the “cruise” , some dad jokes and levity along with knowledge sharing and fun! Worth the few hours and a good way to see a lot.

Loved being in the bus especially since the hurricane was starting. The tour guide was great and gave us some great back ground on the buildings and area. If you want to shop at the end of the tour, give yourself some time to shop. You can catch the next bus to the meeting place instead of trying to walk the 10-12 blocks back.
Definitely worth the money!

We enjoyed the tour to the Magnolia plantation and the harbor tour. The tour guides on both trips were good and shared great information. We had enough time on both tours. Shawn the bus driver and guide for the plantation tour also gave us a tour of the gardens. Had a great time.

Great tour and even greater tour guide! Alan was exceptional as he guided us through the streets of historic Charleston as he escorted us to The Magnolia Plantation. I learned much more about my enslaved ancestors than I could have imagined. The plantation is known for its illustrious gardens that were in full bloom. What was most shocking was that the last slaves didn't leave the plantation until 1990! This adventure was just that...an amazing, educational adventure.
