Drivers were prompt and friendly. The communication leading up to the trip was lacking, forms were not clear, I had to call 3 times to finally get my itinerary fixed, and the drivers were calling me while I was in hair and makeup for my wedding because the schedule wasn’t passed to them correctly.

We had a wonderful trip until we we're on the way back to our destination oh lord on back roads Wagner / North/ Noway/ this is to crazy now we getting a new driver because the is over his time. Now we are coming to Orangeburg to sit and wait for a driver. Lord really

One of your drivers was cutting cars off on 77 North trying to catch up with a second tour bus that was ahead of them. I didn’t get the first time when they were so close up a red cars back there was only about like 4 feet between them. Please have your drivers drive safely.

Please inform your drivers to acknowledge safe traffic habits for their size vehicle. I had one of your buses outside of uptown charlotte this evening, exiting 77 southbound onto Morehead Road. It’s a double left turn and he was in the left lane. Idk why since they obviously have to make wide turns. He basically ran me off the road, almost into a guardrail and could have pinned me. I would expect your drivers to have at least the basic driving knowledge of a CDL since your buses are the same size as a tractor trailer. Very very unsafe!!!!
