Bought a used trailer from them less than a month ago. The trailer I bought for 4500 has had more issues than the past 5 I've bought that were 1999-2006. This was a 2008. So, first thing I hook it up to city water, go in the trailer and the bathroom sink is squiring water out from under it. So go get parts and replace 2 female elbows into the faucet. Boom, turn on water again it's good. 10 minutes later, I open the bathroom door, and the bathroom is flooded with water. So there's a leak under the tub. Haven't been able to get to it yet. Then, the next day, it rains, and the living room floods from the ac unit leaking from it. I get on the roof , seal it in several places, and notice the horrible water damage in the front of the trailer. I go around seal a bunch of spots. Then, the next day, I had a leak from the TV attena on roof leaking from the hand cracker inside. There was no p trap under kitchen sink the drain was completely disconnected, so had to install a new p trap and new faucet. I bought this at least trusting the good reviews on this company that they wouldn't completely screw someone over, but they screwed me. Ac doesn't work. I also hand to replace the door handle because it didnt lock. I got screwed over. I avoided crasigslist because of this and it happened at a dealer 😅🤣 that's my luck. I'd avoid them. The office lady was nice.

We decided to buy a camper for our truck for wheeling trips and this place had 3 for us to look at that would fit our truck. We went and looked and worked with Stacy. She was great. We also worked with Sarah, both were great.

We put a deposit down on a camper the next day. We came back a week later to pick the camper up and our truck we dropped off the day before pick up to get it set up for a truck camper. To get the tie downs installed was a little more than a budget but Stacy found us a cheaper alternative that had good reviews so we went with those.

When we went to pick it up Tina did the walk through, she was great. The propane tank needed re certified and she was able to find another one dated current and swap it.

We are completely satisfied and happy with the whole process and the customer service we received. We even mentioned this place to a larger dealer we use for our larger camper where we purchased it and the lady at that dealer asked where we were getting our truck camper and we told her and she said she has heard nothing but good things about Adventure RV. That’s pretty good to hear another dealer say something nice about another dealer:)
