Brittany was amazing in helping plan our trip to Mexico! She quickly replied to every email and provided a wealth of information regarding our trip. She gave advice on how to navigate through the airport and arranged transportation which made everything very smooth. She provided information on our resort and excursions as well. I highly recommend Brittany and Pixie Vacations. Brittany helped me book our family's latest trip to Disneyland and Universal Studios. She made planning super easy. She made recommendations for nearby hotels, Disney dining options and made all of our reservations. It felt like I never waited longer than 10-15 minutes to receive an email response back from her - EXTRAORDINARY! She truly is a subject matter when it comes to maximizing your day at disney, using all the tools like Genie+ and Lightening Lane. I would highly highly recommend using her and I will always book with Pixie moving forward.

Since opening my wife and I have planned ALL our vacations through Brittany and the service she's provided to take care of us has gone above and beyond our expectations. All the hard work and planning has not gone unnoticed, from trips to Disneyland in California, to Disneyworld in Florida, Aulani in Hawaii and even a Disney cruise to Mexico, she has taken care of us every time. Nothing but great things to say. Don't even think of going to someone else! Can't recommend enough!!!

I am a Disneyland girl but with California closed down we decided to head to WDW (Oct 2020) for a Disney fix. Since I am not as familiar with WDW, I used Pixie Vacations for my booking and Brittany made everything so easy, including navigating the changes for Covid-19. I felt like she really made things as easy as possible for our vacation and found us a great deal. She handled all our reservations; park and dining, and we ended up with everything we asked for even with only 3 weeks notice. It was such a pleasure to work with her and I loved my booking gift; a personalized backpack full of necessary items for a day at the park. Will definitely use Pixie Vacations again.

Brittany did an absolute amazing job! From start to finish she took care of everything. She found the perfect resort for what we were looking for. She made sure everything went so smoothly during the vacation. And when I accidentally left my phone at the resort, she went above and beyond. She handled all of the communication with the resort and coordinating getting it back to me. I will absolutely be recommending everyone I know to use her for their future travels!
