Terra went above and beyond to ensure my 50th birthday trip to Italy was everything I wanted and more! This trip involved planes, trains, automobiles…and a cruise ship. She had every single plane ticket, train ticket, private transfer, hotel and tour reservation booked without any issues. It was truly a relief to know that she had thought of every detail. We booked a Caribbean cruise with Terra. She was so helpful in answering all of our questions. She is very thoughtful!! She made us door signs and sent us a packet with all of our paperwork and any additional information we might have needed. She checked on us the day we left on our cruise and when we returned. We will be using her again in the future.

Terra was just an amazing travel agent and pulled off the impossible for us. I ended up with a last minute opening in my work schedule and contacted her out of the blue and asked her to arrange a 30 day trip to Europe (7 countries) for me and my son (complete with flights, hotels, tours, train tickets and private transportation) all within 2 weeks of our travel date! We really didn’t think anybody would be able to do it, but sure enough Terra did. Not only that but absolutely everything that she put together was wonderful and the entire went smoothly without any problems. The hotels were great, the tours were wonderful and all the details were well thought out with no problems at any time. On top of that, Terra stayed in touch with us throughout the whole 30 days checking in with us every few days to make sure we got to each destination safely and to see if we needed anything. We were absolutely blown away by the care and service that she provided. This trip turned out to be a magical and unforgettable experience for me and my adult son and something that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Terra is incredibly professional and thoughtful and very experienced in her field. She was a delight to work with which made an otherwise stressful and difficult process very easy. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
