If I could give 0 stars I would. Came to our house to fix kitchen leak and bathroom leak, was here for 15 minutes and didn't fix either issue. Said if the issue keeps happening to give them a call again. So for doing absolutely nothing we got a bill for $133. Do not call go with this company.

Had them come to my house for a plumbing project. I asked for a quote on a job and was told it would only take a few minutes and asked me if I wanted it done today. Did not tell me the price, took under 10 minutes to complete the job and told me they had to charge me for an hour and it was over $130. I should have been made aware of the expense before the job was completed.

The company had very poor communication with me about when they were coming. I understand people are busy and cannot always make it to a job when they estimate they can but i was never notified they were not coming they day they said they would be.

Thank you Josh and Sean at Affordable Services!
Josh came to fix our old furnace multiple times, due to issues from our AC installation that was performed by a different company. Josh came one night at 10pm after we messaged him stating our furnace would not ignite.
Turned out we needed a new furnace, so Sean and Josh installed it in a timely manner.
They are respectful, they communicate and explain things well, and they show up when they say they are going to.

Furnace was leaking water. They came blowed air through the drain pipe. They didn't turn the blower back on when they left. Needless to say it didn't fix the problem. They got attitude on the phone with me. Refused to refund money. Ended up paying someone else to fix their mess up. 🤬
