I have traveled all over Europe booking my trips through online agencies, but I decided to use Rita for my trip to Nepal and Dubai since this was a much longer and farther trip than I had ever taken. Rita planned everything for me from the flights, hotel stays, transfers, and customized tours I requested. Everything ran smoothly - I was surprised and grateful there was not one hiccup with how much I jam packed into the trip. Thank you, Rita, for helping to book a trip of a lifetime!

BEWARE: When I met Rita she seemed so knowledgeable about traveling to Greece, I felt good about the trip. We traveled to Mykonos 6/21 & all went well there but when the transfer car brought us to the hotel in Santorini we were shocked to see the depressed area outside the gates of the hotel. We paid for a five star hotel & it was probably a 3 star hotel if that, with no security or restaurant on the premises. I didn’t feel safe so I called Rita immediately, sent her pictures & she was horrified. She said that she would begin an investigation with her contact Central Holidays. We cancelled our reservation with the hotel manager on the spot & when we met with Rita’s Tour Greece representative he suggested that we book another hotel, pay for it & get a refund from Rita and so we did. We returned from Greece in June 2021 and to this day Rita has not contacted me with my refund. This is the worst travel agent I ever did business with. It’s a shame Hawthorne is such a nice town, it’s highway robbery😢
