All around high quality. They call it the cleanest trampoline park in Iowa and it seems true. It's very clean and doesn't stink like some jump parks. The staff are really nice and helpful. There's a lot to do with the basic entry jump pass. We haven't tried the climbing zone or mini golf but they look fun. The cafe is clean and fast and it's a lifesaver if the kids get hungry while jumping and you need a quick bite.

We recently held an 11 year old's birthday party at AirFX. I had never been there. I was happy to find it spotlessly clean, our assigned host incredibly kind & helpful (even supplying candles for the cake when I forgot mine) & all the staff were positive & upbeat. While at first the cost for a party of 10 made me cringe, the actual experience made it worth every penny. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience doing the climbing walls today. The employees, especially Beth, were so helpful. She gave suggestions on how to tackle each climbing "wall" and encouraged my daughter and I along. It really made it extra nice.

Every staff person was sweet and kind. The gentlemen at the climbing walls helped our girls out with utmost respect while getting their harnesses on. They made sure they maintained their modesty. I Was very impressed. Will definitely take our family there again

ATTN if you are planning a birthday party here!

We purchased the basic party package and were very pleased with how easy the booking was and the whole process leading up to the day of the party.

They initially take out a deposit (this is around $53). My thought was that we would then walk into AirFX and pay the remaining $200 but that is not the way this goes.

We ordered some pizzas and drinks and then towards the end of the party (while I was in the middle of trying to pass out cake) our server asked for payment. My husband walked over and blindly handed him his card to run. My husband also selected the 20% tip option. The options on the tablet go 20% and 15% and then I'm sure you have to go searching for some other amount. Anyways, this ended up being on the entire amount. They calculate the full $250 booking fee, then all the add on things from when we were there, That means he left the server a $67 tip.

This is a tip for two hours of service and a half hour of it our server was on his break and we were completely without any drinks, including water. We never would have tipped this young man $67.

We were also charged for an extra pitcher of soda (that the manager so kindly took off for us at the end). It is not clear about the $53 deposit being taken off as it is apparently something they write in at the end.

The whole process seemed very deceptive to us and in my opinion, a very disreputable way of doing business.

If you are booking a $250 package and are leaving a 20% you are already at $300 before you even enter the building. Your tip amount should not be based on the package price overall. If that's the case, charge $300 for the package in general and give the staff some more money. At least then we know we are AT LEAST $300 deep when booking.

Our party ended up being over $400. Over $400 for 2 hours, 2 tables, 3 pizzas, 2 pitchers of soda, and a server that was on his break for 1/4 of our time there... but our daughter did receive a Tshirt and a water bottle. Yay.

We will never book a party here again and I just wanted to let everyone know our experience so that maybe you can learn from our mistakes.

Our daughter and all of the other kids did have a wonderful time so I guess there was a positive takeaway.

We had a great experience at AirFX. We did the junior jumper package and it was fantastic. We had everything we needed in the package, I loved that parents were included in this package to jump with the littles. The pizza was great. All the kids had a blast. All tableware and tablecloths were provided. We just brought the cupcakes and the kids really enjoyed their 2 hour jump time! Very clean and well maintained and staffed.
