I am visiting the area and I wanted to go to Ajo or Gila Bend yesterday. The bus driver was weird to me when she asked where I was going. Then another employee got on the bus and asked me for my name. Is that normal? No other passenger had to give a name. I have anxiety and it really triggered me, so I got off the bus in a huff when I should have asked why they need my name and why no one else was asked for their name. It is possible she knew them but I thought it was a public bus and I should be able to travel where and when I want without being harassed. I definitely felt like I was being harassed. since they didn't offer to give me my $4 back it is like they stole it from me. Also I emailed them about the situation and they didn't email back. I still want to see the area but now I feel uncomfortable trying that bus again and it is a shame.

MAKE SURE TO PLAN EMERGENCIES AHEAD OF TIME. In town is great. The out of town is hit and miss. Have left me stranded on several occasions over 40 miles from home due to possible "reservations". Need emergency transportation? Good luck.

It really depends on the driver sometimes. All are safe drivers, but either the driver is 1.5 hours late or the office will deny you service whether or not your dog gets to eat that night or not. Maybe they just hate puppies. Either way. Be careful and plan ahead.

Today I rode the "Stagecoach" to Buckeye to renew my driver license. Andy, the driver made the trip to. DMV a very pleasure able journey. He was as right on schedule at every stop. That indeed was a miracle. Andy, treated every passenger with the highest respect. We who reside in Ajo are very blessed to have Andy around taking care of all of us when needed. I give Andy 5 Star's. I must not go without saying thanks to office staff who helped greatly. Christopher Andrew Larson.

Out of town busses are great trips and in town rides are usually quickly driven to get where you want to go . operators are friendly,just make sure to give your self a half hour before pickup.

Being that it's the only public transportation available, albeit a privately owned company one at that, you really don't have much choice or options. Unless the daily shuttles running North to South from Mexico into Phoenix are your thing. It doesn't compare when the Ajo transportation is $4.00 one-way from your doorstep to your destination.

Great if your ever in Ajo area and don't know the area or just moved to the area and have no transportation. Just call the office for your needs they will be happy to help you. The driver's are great people as well.
