Alana was an incredible day-of planner for our wedding in July of 2023 in Santa Barbara!! She was extremely detail-oriented and helped us execute the day flawlessly. She connected with all of our vendors, developed a day-of timeline, communicated out the logistics to all parties involved and gave amazing recommendations to us as well! She truly understood our vision and must-haves and ensured everything we asked for was implemented. I'm a corporate event planner so I was nervous to hand over an event so important to me to someone else but Alana put me at ease immediately and was EXCEPTIONAL! If you're considering working with Alana, you absolutely should --she's a rockstar!

Alana was a joy to work with! She provided us with such peace-of-mind in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding, and was an absolute rock star day-of.

From our first meeting she was always incredibly helpful and professional. We obviously had a lot of questions about the whole planning process and she addressed them all, whether it was a vendor or service recommendation, advice on our rental order, or making sure everyone was communicating and working together to get us over the finish line.

Our wedding day (both our ceremony at the SB courthouse and our reception at a second location) would not have been as relaxed and memorable as it was without her support, we cannot recommend her enough!

Alana was a fantastic planner to work with! We needed more than day of/month of coordinating for our daughter's wedding. We had some vendors lined up, but needed assistance with finding others. I can say without a doubt Alana helped with the extra planning and coordinated all our vendors to ensure what was a flawless day! Alana made the most challenging requests seem easy. She was the calm in the storm that gives you confidence it will all come together perfectly. And it absolutely did.
Her team for day-of got everything set and handled any problems that arose so we could be totally present in the moment. We have had so many guests tell us how great the day was and how wonderful everything went. I would highly recommend Alana - she is professional, organized, and very good at what she does! I don't think the day could have gone any better.

Alana was absolutely wonderful to work with and ensured that we had a fantastic wedding weekend! From our very first meeting to our wedding day, she was present, professional and organized. She was quick to respond to my texts and emails. My husband and I live in Arizona and she made planning a Santa Barbara wedding seamless. She offered great guidance when it came to picking our vendors and when reviewing contracts. Alana also had fantastic referrals! And most importantly we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day!! Alana did an amazing job coordinating our wedding this month & we're so happy she was there to support us.

She took the time to connect & get to know us and understand our vision for the actual day. I think her attention to detail & experience really made everything go so smooth.

Alana took so much off our plates the month, day before & day-of. From coordinating with all our vendors, setting up a timeline & even getting 6 flower girls to cooperate - we're really grateful we had way less stress & were able to actually enjoy everything.

We had planned our wedding in a short timeframe but 2 weeks prior to our wedding I was so overwhelmed with the final touches of the timeline and prepping for the day of our wedding. I went searching for a wedding day coordinator. We had most of our vendors and decor in place but still needed a few extra things we needed done. Alana was highly recommended to us, we called her thinking because our wedding was coming up so soon she might’ve been booked. But we were extremely lucky that for our wedding weekend she was available. Those 2 weeks were a whirlwind BUT Alana helped us every step of the way. The day of our wedding we had no worries what soever and everything ran so smoothly. Alana was very organized and particular especially with having our vision in mind she brought it to life and made it a reality! She was not only set in making our day special but also took care of our guests and vendors. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her help. We are extremely grateful to have had her for our special day. I highly recommend her to anyone for any kind of event. Especially for weddings she has such a passion for this she’ll make your day perfect!
