We had an amazing time at the Raven treehouse! The hosts answered my out-of-towner questions quickly, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward. All the facilities, including the bathhouse, sauna, and hot tub were clean and well-stocked. If we ever find ourselves back in Fairbanks, we would definitely stay again.

A wonderful house. We were 15 people, 11 slept at the house 4 in nearby hotel. Got together for lunch and dinner before chasing the aurora. Provided for great socializing in one large group and several sub groups.

Kitchen well stocked. We never ran out of mugs for tea and coffee and wine glasses.

Only reason for 4 star is that most of the beds are very old and too soft. Although there are 6 bedrooms, one of them is accessible only through another bedroom and bathroom, which makes it difficult if you are 6 couples. May work for family with kids. They do call it a family suite. The downstairs shower is way too small. They coul add a shower to a half bath in the lower floor.

I would definitely stay again for the right group that understands above limitations.

Had the most amazing stay!! The treehouse is warm, cozy, and perfect for a winter getaway. Not to mention the kitchen was perfect for us to cook a good meal, the bed was like a cloud (seriously comfy), and the hot tubs / sauna were the cherry on top. We’ll be staying here any time we are in Fairbanks no doubt. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay the treehouse was beautiful and comfortable. I love the hot tub and sauna, and the bathrooms were very clean. It was also very useful to have the laundry facilities. This place is near town so very convenient for food and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again. The host was amazing, good communications, and very accommodating.

We had a great time at the A-Frame!

Saw the Northern Lights multiple nights while we were here.

The Sauna/Shower combination was INCREDIBLE!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from all the bedroom windows at sunrise was picturesque.

We got engaged our final night here, couldn’t have asked for a more romantic place to do it.

Definitely recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the roads are a little icy in the winter time, but we had a Jeep Cherokee and didn’t have any issues.

We made it to the North Pole, Chena Hot Springs, and Murphy Dome all from this property without any issues.

If you’re staying here, I recommend the Turtle Club Restaurant down the road for convenient dining (Coconut Shrimp is amazing)

We had an amazing time at the Ski Land house! We saw northern lights from bed, absolutely LOVED the sauna and hot tub, and overall had a dreamy experience. The local wine on arrival was also a wonderful surprise after a long day of travel. Overall, Devin was a wonderful host and attentive to any questions we had. I really hope to come back someday!

We arrived in Fairbanks during an "unprecicided amount of snow fall" and had an Airbnb booked and ready for us upon arrival. Problem is that rental cars don't come with studded tires here, just all weather, which under normal circumstances probably would have been fine, but the Airbnb was up the hill and our little Equinox was unable to make the climb.

*CUE PANIC!!!*

It was starting to get dark (cause ya know, Alaska in winter) and we were getting worried about options. I did a search for a comparable space that was accessible and came across Alaska Adventure Properties, more specially Governor's House. It was available, very fairly priced per night, and best of all, off a main, flat road. We booked it and I was able to find Devin's number listed on their website to write out booking was accepted for that evening. Devin answered on the first ring, was so kind and gave me great information about the house and how to get there.

We arrived after a very long and stressful day to find a beautiful, well cared for home that backs onto the river. It was so spacious, our jaws dropped at the kitchen (especially that stove! I'll be dreaming about that forever now). So many books and crannies for reading, chatting, watching the Northern Lights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was warm (sometimes too warm, but honestly that's probably my only complaint about the home, but they did have lots of fans scattered around so we had those running pretty constantly as we couldn't figure out how to turn the temperature down), central to Fairbanks and North Pole, and very easy to get in and out of. They sent a plow on Friday and cleared the whole drive making it even easier, and has snow shovels around the house to we made a few pathways.

They have a few railroad cars on the property that look like they're going to be incredible rental spaces once renovations are completed, I've already bookmarked their page and will be the first place in check out of we find ourselves in Fairbanks again.

Overall 10/10, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you Devin and team for a wonderful weekend!!
