AWESOME. 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 BRAVO to the pilots who tried to land in Sitka on April 11th. You tried your best and did a good job doing it. To the pilots that landed later that night on flight 70 thank you. Absolutely awful. Just so you know, if you are an MVP, and your flight is cancelled due to weather, they will require you to pay for the difference, treat you poorly, and make you jump through hoops just to get your next flight. It really is unfortunate to be treated so poorly, but just a heads up that if you live here in town dont expect anything for them to help you out. Good luck, and god bless.
Oh by the way, they have outsourced their customer service, they are very rude, and will barely help you.
